Our property sits on 215 feet of rock-free beachfront on the Atlantic. There are 8 bedrooms, 8 baths, two family rooms with sofa sleepers, a library, and a huge kitchen with double appliances. It has two private swimming pools, a 175 ft long wood deck, and two rooftop porches with 180 degree views of the ocean so you can relax with a drink or morning coffee.
All rooms including the kitchen and the hallway have a full ocean view plus ocean access through 8 ft high hurricane impact glass sliding doors. Go down the steps in back and you are on the beach. The east side of the house is essentially 9 glass sliding doors. One of the two swimming pools can be heated.
All rooms including the kitchen have flat panel LCD TV's.

We chose Melbourne Beach because it offers the Atlantic Ocean, two rivers, and hundreds of canals. It is not too small or too big a town. It is very close to world famous Orlando and all of its attractions. The folks here are very friendly. It is not a town where a dinner costs an arm and a leg. Just go to the local Chart House and discover for yourself the incredible food and romantic views on the river. Here you can relax in a mansion and enjoy your hard-earned vacation. Enjoy the movie theaters, restaurants, live theater, historic downtown Melbourne, bakeries, and shopping in the mall -- it's all here. Surf, fish, fly kites, walk on the beach, collect shells, and maybe even find a treasure on the beach. Melbourne has a great night life featuring bistros, bars, and restaurants.

We consider our home the most unique house in town when it comes to the layout. This is because the house was formed by uniting two side-by-side homes. The result is that you have room after room after room. All the rooms except three bed rooms and one living room are not only ocean front but ocean access. The entire east side is essentially high impact, hurricane-rated glass slider doors and windows. After all, what good is an ocean front house if you can not enjoy the view from the inside.
The family room is a great place for a large family to get together and watch a movie.
The kitchen resembles a commercial kitchen. It is huge with double appliances and an adjoining formal dinning room. There is plenty of parking as well as you can park up to ten cars. The house is so large that family members will have no problem with privacy as they can retreat to another end of the house.

We loved the location of the house right on the beach.It is very beautiful to watch the sun rising out of the ocean in the morning. What a beautiful home too.Very expansive . Mom spent all week looking , admiring and commenting on all the treasury collectibles in your house on open display.Must have taken decades to collect them Thank you very much

We had a couple of totally unexpected problems.One was break down of one of the two hot water heaters,the other being cut off of the water supply to one half of the house.Both problems occurred of no fault of the owner.The more important thing for us was the response of the owner who came running down to the house and got both problems fixed even though it was late in the evenings when these mishaps happened.Everything was fixed in couple of hours with the owners take in charge attitude. We lucked out with the weather which was beautiful. We saw the space shuttle take off.The kids enjoyed the beach and the swimming pools. Thank you Dr Sam.

Dr Sam Our second visit to Bed On The Beach has been as wonderful as the first one in 2009.Lots of room for four generations of Jennings from California, Utah and Tennessee to visit together. The children especially enjoyed the beach and the two swimming pools.We prepared all our meals and what a treat and convenience to have three refrigerators. We did see the huge sea turtles on the beach late at night.We were also lucky to witness the Jupiter shuttle launch at Cape Canaveral from Kennedy Space Station.lots of great memories

We were here for our annual ''Bucbackers Week''.We are a group of childhood friends that vacations once per year.It is not always easy to find a location and a house that is big enough.We are so thankful that you own this house and shared it with us.We had a wonderful time. My husband and I had the family reunion we had been we have always wanted and the perfect venue for it! The description and pictures are true representitves of what you get when you arrive. Eight "real bedrooms and a tv in each room. The grounds are well maintained and you are steps to the beach. Lots of glass giving beautiful views of sand and sea. Owners Sam and Seth were very helpful and accomodating with any question or directions needed. Would do it over again in a heart beat! Actually other family members are thinking about planning another get together sometime in the new year---I'm in!!! Lisa and Aldo Nunez

We took our entire family, ages 86 down to 6 months. The accomodations were perfect. We especially appreciated the washers and dryers and the refrigerators. The kitchen was very accomodating as we cooked every evening. Our children swam in the pool and loved the warm water of the ocean. We saw turtles! The owners are personable and responsive. The house was clean! We would definitely return.

The owner SAM was wonderful. His home was awesome and able to accomodate our large family of 20. It has a beautiful view and very private beach so large we flew kites. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans and dishes for all our gourmet meals. The two washers and dryers helped a lot especially the dryers, they worked non-stop. The large family room with wrap around black sofa was perfect for showing our granddaughters graduation video, movie nights, kids fashion show and our annual family reunion games award ceremony. The game room was perfect for playing bingo and video games. Everyone enjoyed playing volleyball and pool games in both pools. It was a vacation to remember. Thanks SAM!!!!

Then you want to stay at the Bed on the Beach. Lots of room, beautiful beach, great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lot more. Owner response:We are always figuring ways to keep improving pour property so that our guests have more and more comfort and fun.Now we are planning to add a home theater, a pool table .For the wedding ON THE BEACH we are forming a team with different vendors of all kind like rental furniture, caterers, photographers, florists and wedding planners so that the would we can lighten the weight and anxieties of planning a wedding that the couples and their parents bear to make the wedding perfect.We already have solved the problem of parking a large number of cars. We are trying a piece of land or another house next to our rental property to make it even bigger.We are growing very fast and are also looking for more rental properties to our portfolio of our vacation rental properties since we have been , thanks to our guests, so successful in this venture.

This is the second time spending Memorial Day Weekend in this amazing beach house. We spent our time hanging at the pool during the day. Spent our Nights gazing at the stars. In between we enjoyed each others company in a home environment. This home has all the things you need. Just get food and never have to leave. If you need a place for a large group this is the place. The owners pay attention to your needs and are always available to meet them. Sam!!! Your great!!!
