Why the Owner Chose Melbourne Beach
We chose Melbourne Beach because it offers the Atlantic Ocean, two rivers, and hundreds of canals. It is not too small or too big a town. It is very close to world famous Orlando and all of its attractions. The folks here are very friendly. It is not a town like San Francisco where a dinner costs an arm and a leg. Just go to the local Chart House and discover for yourself the incredible food and romantic views on the river. A similar dinner in New York will cost you over 200 dollars and you won't get the beautiful view. If you go to the Bahamas you will get a dinky condo for the same amount of money. Here you can relax in a mansion and enjoy your hard-earned vacation. Enjoy the movie theaters, restaurants, live theater, historic downtown Melbourne, bakeries, and shopping in the mall -- it's all here. Surf, fish, fly kites, walk on the beach, collect shells, and maybe even find a treasure on the beach. Melbourne has a great night life featuring bistros, bars, and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This is an ideal home for big families, family and class reunions, weddings, graduation parties, or just about any other type of get together because of the size, location, and price.
Owner's Map of Melbourne Beach
We consider our home the most unique house in town when it comes to the layout. This is because the house was formed by uniting two side-by-side homes. The result is that you have room after room after room. All the rooms except three bed rooms and one living room are not only ocean front but ocean access. The entire east side is essentially high impact, hurricane-rated glass slider doors and windows. After all, what good is an ocean front house if you can not enjoy the view from the inside. This house is like a small 5 star hotel with 3 living rooms. The family room is a great place for a large family to get together and watch a movie.
The kitchen resembles a commercial kitchen. It is huge with double appliances and an adjoining formal dinning room. There is plenty of parking as well as you can park up to ten cars. The house is so large that family members will have no problem with privacy as they can retreat to another end of the house.
And then there's the money question. If you figure the cost per person per week you are paying Motel 8 rates for ocean front luxury and elegance.
We are committed to make this the best ocean front house you can experience. It really feels great to see the look on the faces of our guests upon arriving at our home for the first time. We have lived in this house but now our children are all away so we thought we would share the joy of our home with you and your family.
