Our family (19 of us) had a great week at the beach house, very roomy and comfortable. The website photos and details were very accurate and everything we needed was provided, including an infant bed and crib. Location was very convenient to grocery, restaurants and shops. Dr. Sam was very accomodating and very responsive when we had some minor issues. A couple minor cosmetic repairs and some additional wash clothes are necessary. Overall it was a great experience.

I have taken care of the minor repairs you brought to my attention.Because large number of people very generously stay with us and the house being so large minor things to be repaired do come up every now and then due simply to usual wear and tear but we have permanent repair people to take care of any needed repairs right away .Sometimes minor things do get over looked un intentionally no matter how hard we try.

We were here for our annual ''Bucbackers Week''.We are a group of childhood friends that vacations once per year.It is not always easy to find a location and a house that is big enough.We are so thankful that you own this house and shared it with us.We had a wonderful time. My husband and I had the family reunion we had been we have always wanted and the perfect venue for it! The description and pictures are true representitves of what you get when you arrive. Eight "real bedrooms and a tv in each room. The grounds are well maintained and you are steps to the beach. Lots of glass giving beautiful views of sand and sea. Owners Sam and Seth were very helpful and accomodating with any question or directions needed. Would do it over again in a heart beat! Actually other family members are thinking about planning another get together sometime in the new year---I'm in!!! Lisa and Aldo Nunez

We took our entire family, ages 86 down to 6 months. The accomodations were perfect. We especially appreciated the washers and dryers and the refrigerators. The kitchen was very accomodating as we cooked every evening. Our children swam in the pool and loved the warm water of the ocean. We saw turtles! The owners are personable and responsive. The house was clean! We would definitely return.

Dr Sam Our second visit to Bed On The Beach has been as wonderful as the first one in 2009.Lots of room for four generations of Jennings from California, Utah and Tennessee to visit together. The children especially enjoyed the beach and the two swimming pools.We prepared all our meals and what a treat and convenience to have three refrigerators. We did see the huge sea turtles on the beach late at night.We were also lucky to witness the Jupiter shuttle launch at Cape Canaveral from Kennedy Space Station.lots of great memories

The owner SAM was wonderful. His home was awesome and able to accomodate our large family of 20. It has a beautiful view and very private beach so large we flew kites. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans and dishes for all our gourmet meals. The two washers and dryers helped a lot especially the dryers, they worked non-stop. The large family room with wrap around black sofa was perfect for showing our granddaughters graduation video, movie nights, kids fashion show and our annual family reunion games award ceremony. The game room was perfect for playing bingo and video games. Everyone enjoyed playing volleyball and pool games in both pools. It was a vacation to remember. Thanks SAM!!!!

Then you want to stay at the Bed on the Beach. Lots of room, beautiful beach, great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lot more. Owner response:We are always figuring ways to keep improving pour property so that our guests have more and more comfort and fun.Now we are planning to add a home theater, a pool table .For the wedding ON THE BEACH we are forming a team with different vendors of all kind like rental furniture, caterers, photographers, florists and wedding planners so that the would we can lighten the weight and anxieties of planning a wedding that the couples and their parents bear to make the wedding perfect.We already have solved the problem of parking a large number of cars. We are trying a piece of land or another house next to our rental property to make it even bigger.We are growing very fast and are also looking for more rental properties to our portfolio of our vacation rental properties since we have been , thanks to our guests, so successful in this venture.

We had a couple of totally unexpected problems.One was break down of one of the two hot water heaters,the other being cut off of the water supply to one half of the house.Both problems occurred of no fault of the owner.The more important thing for us was the response of the owner who came running down to the house and got both problems fixed even though it was late in the evenings when these mishaps happened.Everything was fixed in couple of hours with the owners take in charge attitude. We lucked out with the weather which was beautiful. We saw the space shuttle take off.The kids enjoyed the beach and the swimming pools. Thank you Dr Sam.

This is the second time spending Memorial Day Weekend in this amazing beach house. We spent our time hanging at the pool during the day. Spent our Nights gazing at the stars. In between we enjoyed each others company in a home environment. This home has all the things you need. Just get food and never have to leave. If you need a place for a large group this is the place. The owners pay attention to your needs and are always available to meet them. Sam!!! Your great!!!

I love it. To wake up on the beach is a pleasure. The house was wonderful. Nice, clean, safe you can sleep on the beach and watch the stars. In the living room shows the beautiful over look of the ocean. Waking up with the eastern sun at my window and the Atlantic lullaby was the most relaxing and peaceful time I ever had. The two pools and house layout was so impressive. The amenities were worth every reasonable penny we spent. Bed on the beach was home on the beach.

Two grandparents, four children and their spouses, plus four grandchildren aged one to ten had a fabulous time in this beach house. The weather was perfect, and the beach was great for the kids as well as for our adult surfers and boogie boarders. The heated pool was a big hit, too. Plenty of spacious bedrooms with great views and a kitchen large enough to cook for a crowd. Very convenient location for grocery shopping, etc. Some of us also visited the Kennedy Space Center and the Brevard Zoo, both places worth the trip. We will be back for sure!

Great times! We had a great time - lots of laughs -lots of food, fun, and sun! We had 8 adults and 11 kids and we had plenty of room to sprawl out. We made a lot of great memories during our visit. Really we couldn't have had a better time!!

A group of 21 of us from Minnesota and Wisconsin came down and had a fabulous time. There were 11 adults and 10 kids and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was GREAT for all of the meals we made and the kids really enjoyed the heated pool, The easy beach access was also a plus. Lots of laughter and many memories. Thank you!

My husband and I were looking for a beautiful location on the beach to have our wedding. We saw this house and it was just perfect for what we needed. We could have family stay there the week of the wedding as well as have the wedding and the reception at the house. It is such a beautiful location and the house was spacious enough for everyone. Everyone truly enjoyed it and was able to relax and do their own thing. It was great because the family was not trying to find places to meet up throughout the week because we were all in one place. Both pools were great to have because the adults can be in one pool while the kids were in another. The only thing I could suggest is they could have more hand towels, but that is a minor detail. The owner and his son were wonderful in answering any questions and were very helpful. We feel the pictures accurately represent the house. Overall, it was wonderful and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

My family and 2 stayed here for a week and had the time of our lives. This house is so roomy and big and comfortable. We had 18 people here and all were very happy. I hope to come again. We do need a gas grill, it can be kept in the garage. It was so beautiful. Thank you.

Despite the cold weather, our vacation in your spacious home was enjoyed by all "four" generations. We were blessed to have our eldest family members, ages 88 & 86, down to our youngest, age 1 1/2. The heated pool was used several times a day by the children, as well as the many TV's. The space and equipment in the kitchen made our "main event" (cooking dinner each night) fast & easy. A great time was had by all!!

We had a wonderful time in your lovely mansion. We made every meal from scratch for as many as 22 people during the week we spent there. The three refrigerators and two ovens carried us through the holiday. We added pie plates to the already very good assortment of kitchen supplies and brought our own food processor. The available spices, condiments, paper goods and soaps cut down on trips to the store Your rooms are spacious and very nicely appointed. The place is so big that we could all gather in the living room or get away from the crowd. I couldn't hear anything from our (master) bedroom in the south house. One person felt ill and was able to snooze upstairs without being disturbed all day. The two younger boys were in the pool at all hours of the day and evening, the older boys divided their time between the pool and the ocean. We rented a surf board for perhaps $15 a day and that was fun. We walked, shelled and slept, the zoo was lots of fun for seventeen of us and we got a group rate. I would highly recommend it to a friend. Thank you so much for making our Thanksgiving memorable.

We loved the location of the house right on the beach.It is very beautiful to watch the sun rising out of the ocean in the morning. What a beautiful home too.Very expansive . awsome house. the pictures dont do it justice. we had 12 adults 10 children and the house was plenty big enough for us. we had a wonderful vacation and the house was a major reason why. clean, spacious, with great views, is how i would describe this house. also the neighborhood is very nice.

We came to this beautiful house AKA ''Compound'' with our very large and extended family 18 in all plus numerous guests invited to have the most beautiful and romantic wedding right on the beach.What a setting? It was breath takingly romantic and beautiful wedding. The home has everything a large family will need and would use.I mean everything high quality , upscale and beautiful. One of the air conditioing unit suddenly broke even though it was only six month old but the owner Sam rushed to the house.He could not hav come any sooner.He got it fixed rightaway even though it was late in the day. I recommend this house highly for any size of family and for any occasion and persons of any age.

Beach Vacation

Our family of 25 stayed in Sam's house for a week. It was the perfect location and could not have been better suited for a large family. We were able to stay at the beach all day long and then come back up to the house in the afternoon to swim in the pool. The beach is beautiful and shell hunting was so much fun! The large kitchen and 3 refrigerators was a great bonus for all the individual family's groceries - everyone had room for their things. We cooked in the home three nights and ate at the outside tables. It was very nice to sit out, have dinner and watch the kids play. The house is very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The house is so big, we were even able to fit just about everyone on the large couches in the television room. Sam was a very gracious host and was available if we had any issues. Felt very safe visiting during Hurricane Season with all of the high impact rated windows and doors. Recommend this home for a lovely beach vacation.

We had 11 family members stay in Sam's Home, and we had a great time and made many memories! It was great to wake up and just walk out to the private beach! There were umbrellas to put up, beach chairs, toys for kids to play in the sand, and a boogie board. We had a blast and the beach was not busy at all, of course people would walk by, and everyone was friendly! After most of the morning and early afternoon on the beach, we'd all then head up to the pool where we would swim, and play volleyball in the pool, just have a good family time. We all had our own rooms to sleep in, and just a couple of us had to share a bathroom, it was perfect for our vacation! The main TV area, we called it, "The Commons Area" was HUGE! Two big sectional couches were plenty of room for all of us to hang out and watch TV. The deck was used every night for late night chat, and if someone was up in one side of the house, you couldn't hear them on the other side! There were plenty of towels and linens! I know everyone enjoyed having their own TV's in their bedrooms as well. It was very nice to meet Sam, he is a very generous and caring person. We enjoyed talking to him and learning more about his life! He made sure we had his phone numbers in case we need anything at all! Sam has a pool guy come by and clean the pool, which is a plus!We also enjoyed the record player and records! Talk about some laughs! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this house to big groups and families!! We ate out on several occasions and everything was just a short drive away, and grocery stores were close as well!! Very handy! Thank you Sam for letting us stay in your wonderful home, we had a great time that we'll never forget!

We will never forget the wonderful time we shared at this splendid house.We thoroughly enjoyed each and every room.It was fun to explore and check out each room's unique furnishings. The kitchen has always been the meeting place whenever we hold a family get together but in this kitchen we had enough room for every one of the 10 people of our group.The bar area we affectiontly named '' Club Taylor'' after our family name.Each evening after a day of fun and sun we would wind down in the bar area. All the bed rooms have oceab view if not from the windows then from the balconies. our family genuinely enjoyed the library with the books and the old golden music it offerred.We used the LP records to set a different romantic theme every nightat Club Taylor. The swimming pool right off the kitchen was wonderful as we could be inside the kitchen yet still part of all the activities going on in the pool. We would not have askked for a more perfect place to spend out time together.I could go on and on but just want to thank you for offering such a great place for one and for all to enjoy.I hope we get more chances to stay in this beautiful home.Thank you

Myself and our whole group of twenty loved it.If and when we rent any vacation property again we will rent this one without any hesitations or questions to ask. This vacation home is truly a beautiful home.All rooms were spic and span clean and very well kept. The outside deck in the back of the house plus the whole house itself has a splendid view of the ocean as it sits on the beach dunes. When there was an issue to be resolvesd Sam, the owner ,came himself promptly and instead of making any excuses fixed the problem instantaneously and handled the whole issue very effectively.

The best big beach house

We are a family of 17 in all and found this house met all our needs.Lots of privacy for the newly wed with a honeymoon master suite with 8 feet tall wall sized high impact glass sliding doors opening into the pool and the ocean with a fireplace and huge bathroom.and lots of privacy for couples with kids. The swimming pool worked out great because we could supervise our kids who were swimming through the kitchen glass doors. The beach is steps away with no streets or alleys to cross as the house itself sits on the beach dunes, it made spending time at the beach anytime of the day doable. The kitchen is huge and even though not all 17 members of our family could be seated in the kitchen but there was a formal dinning room adjoining the kitchen which can seat 12 but we did not use still it was nice to know it was there if we wanted a very formal sit down dinner.We instead found the out door seating on the deck for 12 people overlooking the ocean very enjoyable for our daily evening family meal together as a family enjoying the beautiful ocean view while eating.It also has a charcoal barbecue. Dr Sam the owner could not have been any more gracious because he even cooked us his great native Indian food on one occasion.He is sincerely trying to make further improvements in the property so that he can provide the best vacationing experience to his guests.There are two separate rooms for pure entertainment like watching TV or DVD movies so that the kids can have their own entertainment room and the adults can have their own separate room to watch TV or movies or play games without loosing the supervision of the kids. Yes of course there were few little things not right, like few ants crept into the house but Sam will and has taken care of that .Having bugs in hot Florida is a perpetual headache.Now Sam tells us that he has the bug killer spray at hand and has retreated the perimeter of the house with insect repellent so hopefully it wont happen again Sam has made a habit of asking his guests what things his guests found bothersome so that he can mitigate any such annoyances.He welcomes comments from his guests and does nor make excuses for them nor does he disregard your comments as his aim is to make the house just perfect.He actually apologizes for such happening and takes steps to correct them.As the house is huge like a mansion I am sure there always can prop up little things unexpectedly Over All Dr Sam place is indeed a lot of fun

the largest house ....with the best location! right on the beach...in a quiet section of melbourne beach. great kitchen for cooking and bbq for grilling! swam everyday in the heated pool....glorious....the owner sam is a wonderful host willing to do what it takes to please...and we were! plenty of room for everyone....it was paradise!

Absolutey Stunning. We were so suprised when we drove up to the home. The pictures did not do justice! It was amazing. We travel every year as a big family 16 people in all. And yes we have many children. It was perfect. First, Sam and his wife are perfect hosts. I have never stayed somewhere where the owners were so aware of the needs of families. And he loved the kids. I have read reviews on homes every year and have though to myself are these real? Sometimes to be disappointed when I actually arrived. Not here, This is real. And we still communicate with Sam via E-Mail. We appreciated him so much that we actually all signed a card before we left which we had never done before. Like I have stated we have traveled a lot before including staying in the deluxe resorts in Disney. This house has all you need. And if it doesn't just let Sam know and he will make sure he takes care of it. Besides the beauty the space is amazing. If you want togetherness there is plenty of room. But if you need a little time away just go to the other side of this huge home for quiet time. The beach is beautiful and non-driving. Which helps in the worry for the kids. The home is in a quiet area which was very important for us. It is truly a relaxing spot. However, everything is available for a short drive. The home has 8 bedrooms in which 5 face the ocean. Believe me this is very hard to find. We didn't even need all the space. There are around 3 living areas, two facing the ocean. The kitchen was actually our gathering space and it is huge. There are two distinct wings of the home with the bedrooms. Which is nice if very young children are present. The heated pool is wonderful and was much used by our family. And there are two large tables outside as well as a barbeque grill in case you want a beautiful dinner outside. Don't worry about anything including washer and dryer and an edless supply of towels and bedding. As you can see we love it and to futher explain it I've never written a review previous to this. People tend to let this slide once they get back home. So stay here,meet Sam,and have a great stay. Thank you Sam for everything hope to see you next time. Cindy

Sam thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation at your elegant estate.We gathered here and had an absolutely wonderful time. We came from all over the country CT,CO,IL and MA at various times during our 2 weeks stay at your home. We spent many hoursplaying on the beach and swimming in both pools.Inside the house we played so many card games. We can not imagine any vacation home can be as beautiful and elegant as yours.The view and location are very seductive for and conducive to a family get togather vacation. Thank you for extra hospitality you displayed towards us.We certainly can not wait to come back to your house for our next vacation. Thank you once again.

You can't image how exquisite this house is. From the marble flooring to the granite counter tops to the crown molding, oh and not to mention the beautiful chandeliers. This house has more amenities than any place I have ever seen. Not only do you get the beach, you get two pools. The whole house is just a must see. The pictures don’t even give a full picture of how beautiful the house really is. In the morning just sitting outside looking at the sunrise and the ocean waves is what you picture heaven would look like. It is simply paradise!
