This 3 bedroom, 1,250 square foot ranch home is located on 16 acres of private land bordering the White River to the south and BLM land to the north. It features 800 feet of frontage on the White River beside the Flat Tops Wilderness Area. It is located on Colorado Scenic Byway Route 8 in the White River National Forest, 30 miles upriver from Meeker, Colorado.
Sunny southern exposure, peaceful, quiet, with clean, attractive interior. Oak floors, Vermont Castings wood burning stove, south facing deck with beautiful views.
An outdoor enthusiast's paradise. Meeker is home to the largest elk herd in North America. Deer, coyote, red fox and other wildlife abound.

Catch fish for dinner, cross country ski, snowshoe, hike, mountain/road bike, camp, picnic in unbelievable beauty. Canoe available on property to explore many nearby lakes, including Trappers Lake. 4-wheel drive Scout is available to explore old forests and mountain 4-wheel drive roads.
Horses for rent can be left on property as long as you are there or wish to have them. Guides are available to meet you with horses at trailheads for mountain rides, camping, fishing, picnics, etc.
This is our beloved family home; we are looking for caring, conscientious people. Open to 1 to 2 couples plus children and pets.
