Located on the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Course, 6th fairway and green with the Petroglyph Trail and Mauna Kea as the backdrop, the second floor unit has an open lanai and generous living space for your vacation pleasure. The high ceilings and doorways give an extra spacious feel. A fully equip kitchen and laundry machines in the condo make it feel like home. A reserved parking space in shaded carport is right in front of the building. The infinity pool, jacuzzi and bbq area make for great day and evening outdoor fun.
A quick walk to the Kings Shops and the newly opened Queens Marketplace provide all the shopping and restaurants including nightly Hawaiian entertainment on the outdoor stages. A great family area all around with the Hilton Waikoloa around the corner where you can experience the Dolphin Quest and great snorkeling and swimming at Anaeho'omalu Bay (1/4 mile from our door to the beach with shops in between). Hike along the coast on the Fisherman's trail.
The great boogie boarding Hapuna Beach is just a 10 minute drive north. Bring a picnic (cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards in unit for your use)and spend a few hours playing in the warm ocean! At least 8 beaches to choose from within minutes between Waikoloa, Mauna Lani, Hapuna Prince and Mauna Kea.

Why the Owner Chose Fairway Villas
After several years of working on a project on the island, it was clear this was the place to have as a second home. It's a great family resort walking distance to the beach (A-Bay) and surrounded by the best golf courses on the island (at least 8 within a 10 min drive). Availablility to the Hilton Waikoloa Dolphin Quest and the Marriott Waikoloa on A-bay. Proximity to the King Shops and now the Queens Marketplace that came this past year. The Big Island is most representative of all the microclimates so we can experience a variety while there. The Kohala Coast area has always been an exclusive area where you can relax without pretention.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Nightly walks to the free Hawaiian entertainment at the King Shops. Inexpensive food shops to walk to when you aren't in the mood to cook or to go out expensive. Great walks around the resort and onto trails along the shore. Short ride to a great beaches with waves.
Macaroni Grill, Sushi Restaurant, Food Court with everything with DQ,Subway, Arby's along with Chinese and Japanese stations. Lots of shops as well as a large full service grocery and general store.

Lava trail with ancient symbols preserved surrounded by the island resorts. You can hike into the Mauna Lani resort on this trail which runs just behind our unit D-23 at the Fairway Villas.

Access through 49 Black Sand Beach neighborhood in the Mauna Lani Resort. A beautiful, secluded beach to snorkel. Many of the snorkel tours take you to this spot.

We love coming to the Big Island to unwind from our fast pace life on the mainland. It always seems as though we have the place to ourselves as it's not so commercially populated as other vacation spots. We have easy access through the Kona airport and only a 25 minute drive to the condo. So much aloha spirit here where we don't have to do anything if we don't want to. Come and enjoy!
