This mobile home has been completely renovated with new flooring, window coverings and paint. It is very well maintained and in immaculate condition. The kitchen is well supplied with better than average cooking utensils, a blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric hand mixer, and electric fry pan. Although linens are not provided, the mattresses are clean and covered with mattress covers.

This is a large property, mostly grass covered with underground sprinkling. There are two outdoor patios, one with an outdoor "fire place" for evening fires. The neighborhood is very quiet and you are located about three driving minutes from the beach or a 10 minute walk. The kitchen contains a table for eating, plus there is another dining area attached to the living room. The outside patio, attached to the mobile home, also contains a large circular patio table with umbrella and chairs. A swing set for children is on the property.
