This beautiful cottage is direct waterfront property situated on the saltwater elbow adjacent to the Western Shore of the Weekapaug Inlet. Boaters are offered access via the Weekapaug Inlet (Breachway) to either the Atlantic Ocean or a 3 mile long tidal-salt pond. Feel free to bring your kayaks, jet skis, or small boat (sail or motor)to take full advantage of the outdoor activities (claming, fishing, bird watching etc etc). A mere few minute walk takes you to a private ocean front sandy beach or you may wish to BBQ lunch and read a book on the deck while watching the kids frolic in the shallow backyard waterway. If viewing the area on Goggle the physical address of the cottage is 19 Breach Dr, Westerly R.I. 02891 and is within the Misquamicut Fire District and does not offer access to Fenway Beach.
The first floor of the house offers a complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances along with granite countertops and is equipped to create all your culinary delights. The first level also features a spacious great room living room with large flatscreen TV(NESN) and sunroom, both of which are surrounded by windows and water views, a full bathroom (tub), Queen bed, and laundry.
A wood staircase leads to the second floor landing where a full bathroom (shower) seperates two very spacious bedrooms. One upstairs bedroom has two single beds and one Queen bed while the second upstairs bedroom has two Queen beds. Then again, if your outdoor spirt takes control you may desire to use the outside shower(hot & cold water).

The photos of this house don't really do it justice, the location of the house gives most all rooms some view of water, because its on a channel (which was shallow and warm enough for the kids to spend hours crabbing)and then with the salt pond and ocean right there, the views were great. Even better a short walk to the end of the road lands you not only at the beach, but also right there was everything else needed for a complete vacation no driving necessary- a general store with deli, pizza, ice cream and Rhode Islands famous Del's frozen lemonade, a bait shop, a seafood market and restaurant, and a beach shop with boogie boards and sun screen. Nice clean beach, could have stayed there the whole week, but did head a mile or so south to the more crowded tourist area of misquamicut for the kids to go to the water park and mini golf, lots to do in a 2 mile radius, grocery stores & walmart 5 min away, but nice to come back to the quiet end of town. This house is the new kid on a block of much older smaller homes but blends nicely in, the interior is stunning and top of the line. Most other rentals on street not nearly as big, and on ground so no view for about same $, so I was really happy with this rental

Stayed in this property for a long fall weekend, everything is brand new & immaculate, views are incredible, location secluded but close to everything. Owners very nice.
