This condo comfortably sleeps six and has a great location in Old Town. You will never run out of things to do here. Prime location at the bottom of Main Street between Park Avenue and Deer Valley Drive. The bus stops in both directions in front of Park Station We are in the high frequency zone within the Park City free Transit system.
There is no need to have a car, however if you do bring one there are indoor and outdoor parking spaces available. The Town Lift is just steps away from the condo and takes skiers up to the Bonanza chair and bypasses the busy PayDay lift at Park City Mountain Resort base. You can ski back on the town runs at the end of the day or download back to town if you want. Enjoy Main Street with it's wide variety of shops, restaurants and art galleries. There are plenty of activities for non skiers in the family to enjoy.
The unit is wireless and has cable TV with HBO. The living room has a new queen size sleep sofa and loveseat, a wood burning slate fireplace and a new 37" LCD HD flat screen TV with a Wireless Blu Ray/DVD player. The dining area comfortably seats six. The kitchen has hardwood floors, a tiled countertop and has a dishwasher, new microwave, garbage disposal and assorted small appliances.
The master bedroom features two queen sized beds, with warm duvets, all cotton sheets, a small table with two chairs, a 32 " flat screen LCD HD TV with DVD player, a counter height refrigerator and its own coffee maker. The Master Bath has a separate vanity area.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up as a king if desired. It has a TV and DVD/ VCR player.
Park Station has an indoor hot tub, sauna, locker rooms with showers, guest coin-op laundry, vending and ice machines in the basement of the building. There is an outdoor hot tub between the two condo buildings. The swimming pool is open during the ski season and summer only.

Why the Owner Chose Park Station
We have been skiers for over 45 years and taken at least one annual western ski trip over the last 30 years to a variety of resorts in the US and Canada. We decided to buy a condo in Park City because it is so easy to get to, so close to the SLC airport and we love the diversity of terrain offered by the three ski areas closeby. We chose Park Station because it is next to Main Street and we love the variety of restaurants, night life and shopping as well as the fact that we are a short walk from the Town Chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort. We were pleasantly suprised at all there is to do in Park City in the off season. The golf courses, the hiking and biking trails, the nearby fishing and boating on the Jordanelle Reservoir were bonuses we didn't anticipate.

We have a fabulous location, the best in Park City. We try to provide our guests with all the information they will need to have a great vacation. Detailed fact sheets are supplied on a seasonal basis with information on ground transportation, discount ski lift tickets, location of grocery stores, transit schedules for the free Park City buses, etc.

We loved this condo and the location is perfect ..no rental car needed to ski all 3 Park City areas. Dealing with the owners could not have been easier and their home is beautiful and very clean..AND I have to add that I have never stayed in a rental with such a super-equipped kitchen..we had many meals there!!!! We'll be back....

We had a perfect week at this condo. The location was great and there was plenty to see and do on the days we didn't ski. Lots of great shopping and fun restaurants. The condo was even nicer than the photos. It was spacious and decorated very nicely; cozy and spacious. The owner was very helpful and there was plenty of information sent ahead of time to peruse. I would highly recommend this property. It was priced well and even though there were only 5 of us, it would have accommodated a couple more nicely. I would definitely return. Thanks!

This condo was just perfect! We stayed here for a week in February and had the best time. It is in the perfect location, truly within walking distance to the Town Lift, downtown shopping and restaurants. There is also a bus stop just outside the condo complex so skiing at Deer Valley and The Cannons is only minutes away. The condo was perfect for all our needs. The property was very clean, spacious, and updated with nice amenities. The owners are very pleasant and were responsive to our inquiries. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others. The next time we go to Park City we will definitely stay here again!

Great condo. At the bottom of Main Street. Walking distance to the Town Lift and all of the shops. Easy access to shuttle buses to the other resorts. Condo could sleep a small army. Spent 5 days in March 2008 and would definitely go again

This condo is great for a family or small group. The location a few minutes walk from downtown shops, bars, food, and the lift was outstanding. I was lucky enough to stay there for 5 days in March 2008 and had a great time.

Thank you for making your condo a comfortable "home away from home." There were plenty of extra towels. The location is great. We could walk to the restaurants on Main St. It also has easy access to all the free transportation around Park City.
