This condo comfortably sleeps six and has a great location in Old Town. You will never run out of things to do here. Prime location at the bottom of Main Street between Park Avenue and Deer Valley Drive. The bus stops in both directions in front of Park Station are in the high frequency zone within the Park City free Transit system.
There is no need to have a car, however if you do bring one there are indoor and outdoor parking spaces available. The Town Lift is just steps away from the condo and takes skiers up to the Bonanza chair and bypasses the busy PayDay lift at Park City Mountain Resort base. You can ski back on the town runs at the end of the day or download back to town if you want. Enjoy Main Street with it's wide variety of shops, restaurants and art galleries. There are plenty of activities for non skiers in the family to enjoy.
The unit is wireless and has cable TV with HBO. The living room has a queen size sleep sofa, a wood burning fireplace (you must purchase your own firewood) and a new LCD HD flat screen TV with a DVD player. The dining area comfortably seats six. The kitchen has hardwood floors, a tiled countertop and has a dishwasher, new microwave, garbage disposal and assorted small appliances.
The master bedroom features two queen sized beds, with warm duvets, all cotton sheets, a small table with two chairs, a TV with DVD player, a counter height refrigerator and its own coffee maker. The Master Bath has a separate vanity area.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up as a king if desired. It has a TV and VCR player.
Park Station has an indoor hot tub, sauna, locker rooms with showers, guest coin-op laundry, vending and ice machines in the basement of the building. There is an outdoor hot tub between the two condo buildings. The swimming pool is for summer use only.

Why the Owner Chose Park Station
We have been skiers for over 45 years and taken at least one annual western ski trip over the last 30 years to a variety of resorts in the US and Canada. We decided to buy a condo in Park City because it is so easy to get to, so close to the SLC airport and we love the diversity of terrain offered by the three ski areas closeby. We chose Park Station because it is next to Main Street and we love the variety of restaurants, night life and shopping as well as the fact that we are a short walk from the Town Chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort. We were pleasantly suprised at all there is to do in Park City in the off season. The golf courses, the hiking and biking trails, the nearby fishing and boating on the Jordanelle Reservoir were bonuses we didn't anticipate.
