This rental is a half duplex next to the golf course. It is 10 minutes from Beaver Creek, and only 15 minutes from Vail. The house is also located 100 yards from the bus stop with great local transportation, but the house has plenty of on site parking. This is not your basic rental unit ... there is a gourmet kitchen, with a living and dining area. Located on the back deck there is a very private hot tub that can be accessed from living room. There is a bonus room upstairs that can be accessed through the master bedroom or the second bedroom upstairs that contains a sleeper couch and addition T.V to accomidate more.
There is a little bit of everything to be done in the area. There are many local shops just located a short drive away, as well as local restaurants, bars, nightclubs, health spas, and much much more!

This property was great! It was perfectly stocked with anything you could think of and much bigger then the pics make it out to be. We had 8 adults and everyone was able to sleep comfortably and the duplex is very private with plenty of parking. On top of everything the owner is one of the best we have ever dealt with. He was more then helpful and communicated with us threw the whole visit even with having had knee surgery the day before. I will highly recommend this property time and time again. Not to mention the property is less then a 2 minute drive to Beaver Creek free parking or a 7 minute bus ride to the base.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway to the Beaver Creek area. We had 7 adults and 2 young children in our group and we had plenty of room at this property. The kitchen was nicely stocked with spices and all the utensils/cookware you could need. We were able to cook all of our own meals which was great. The property is just a short 8-10 minute drive to the free skier parking lots and there was a lot of room to park all of our cars on site. Karl (the owner) was very easy to work with. Thanks for the great hospitality!
