  This condo was very nice with an amazing view! The large pool was beautiful, and the condo was close to some amenities. The beach was nice, but, there was a lot of sea weed. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, the beds were so comfortable, and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. I found Panama City beach to be a little too crowded for my taste, but we had alot of fun anyway. Dinner at Spinnakers was amazing with an amazing atmosphere! My new favorite restaurant!!! We also enjoyed mini gold and go cart racing at Hidden Lagoon which was alot of fun for all of us. David was very helpful and quick to answer any questions that I had.

  The condo was great, everything was as described. The view was fantastic. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Would definitely rent again.

  Our 2011 vacation was one of the best ever. David was great to work with. Room 1200 was very roomy and decorated very nice. It was everything he said. Will call him next year. David is first class. Great place to take a family.

  Loved this condo! The decor was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed including a fantastic blender. The layout worked great for our family with 2 kids age 7 and 3. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths and had no problems. The balcony furniture was comfortable and the view was great. Loved the pools, especially the wrap around in the middle. Security was very good. We had a great time. Just wish the weather had cooperated more and the seaweed hadn't hung around all week. Definitely recommend this one. Captain Anderson's has the best shrimp kabob ever. David was easy to work with and kept me up to date on the any deadlines etc. Thanks and would stay here again.

  I have stayed in thousands of condos over the years, and the layout of this condo outshines them all. The floor to ceiling windows in the living area, guest bedroom, master bedroom and balcony access from all three were remarkable. The rooms were all HUGE with plenty of storage. The walk in closets and massive garden tub showers were added bonuses. The lagoon pool between towers 2 and 3 was a delight for the entire family. We will definitely be back. David was very accommodating and helpful when we were doing our last minute booking.

  Owner response: Long Beach Resort does have one of the best floor plans on the beach. Totally panoramic. It's like never leaving the beach. The pools and spas are conveniently located between the towers and beach access is easily accessible from the lobby of each tower. A great place to relax with family and friends either on the beach, by one of the three pools or spas, or on the balcony watching the scenery and great sunsets. This all makes for a memorable vacation. Enjoy and visit often.

  We loved Long Beach! View of the ocean from every room! The layout of the condo is nice too with the open living areas in the middle of the two-bedroom condo. Each oceanfront bedroom, on either side, is huge with its own bath with double vanities. Our balcony was so large that we ate all of our meals there. We felt like we had our own oceanfront dining room, whether inside or out on the balcony. The beach at Long Beach is probably one of the best in that area because they have alot of beach frontage behind the 4 towers. When we walked east and west we could see that the other modern condos had more crowded beaches with more rows of rental chairs. Our beach only had one row of rental chairs and we put our umbrellas in front of them without being told to move. Many people put up tents in between the chairs in empty spots and just left them the entire week with all of their things under them. The resort seems quite secure with guards at the front entrance and the entrances from the beach. The pool and beach area was very clean. Not too much walking either for my senior mom. The swimming pool is great for both ambience and swimming. The tropical foliage and waterfalls on the islands in the middle just add so much that it is a pleasure to sit there when you are tired of the beach. And alot of people were getting food from the Hangout adjacent to the pool. My teenager spent the entire week at the pool rather than at the beach. They had plenty of lounge chairs. We adults could always find several to put together even during the July 4th weekend. There is a smaller pool and hottub between Tower 1 and 2 that my senior mom used sometime for relaxation and her exercises. Tower 1 is great because of the availability of parking and being away from the main road. It was very quiet, even on our balcony. Elevators were quick and available. We really enjoyed the bright colors of the condo. The bathrooms, which are very important to me, looked new with glass doors on the garden bathtubs. I spoke with the realtor because there were no comments on his ad. The realtor has recently made a change, so that is why. And the rental unit has been used by the owner's family instead of renting it. The realtor was very responsive to my many questions and easy to deal with regarding my payment and refund of deposit. I feel very comfortable in dealing with a reputable realtor like David Dees. The unit's kitchen and linens are well-stocked. The condo
