"Enjoy the Splash Experience." Resort condominium sets a very nice setting for a family vacation. 'kid friendly.' Unit is only 2 years old, sleeps six, with two LARGE bathrooms. Beach front, great ocean view. Stackable washer and dryer, decorated very nice.

This resort includes a beachfront lazy river, two swimming pools (one heated).water slides, water falls, dive in movie theater. Watch the movie while swimming and playing in the lazy river! Interactive play toys furnished, inner tubes, floaties, etc.

For the adults there is also plenty to do: outdoor BBQ grilling area for family and friends, hot tub next to the kids play area and water park. New pier park outdoor shopping mall 1.5 miles east with Margaritaville, Tootsie Nashville bar and grill, Back Porch restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings, many unique gift shops, stores, and eateries....large new 11 screen movie theater. Resort has an awesome workout health center for adults.

Splash resort has a great poolside bar and grill. Games and karaoke for the kids at poolside in spring and summer season. Beach chairs available. High speed internet provided. Apparel and gift shop adjoins resort. Video arcade with air hockey and it's own bowling alley golfing in close proximity with two 18 hole courses. Serenity spa services nearby. Free complimentary movie rental.

New Panama City International Airport due to be completed in late 2009. Anticipated new theme park in planning stages.

  • Our Bachelorette Party of 4 girls had a wonderful time at this beautiful seaside condo. Even though it rained almost our entire memorial day weekend, we found it very relaxing and enjoyable to watch the ocean and listen to the waves throughout the condo. The first night we even saw dolphins! It was a very nice expirence being up on the 6th floor looking out at the ocean. We will always remember that weekend!

  • My husband and our two children had a blast!! My four year old keeps asking when we're going back to "Splash". The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed and then some! I would recommend this unit to anybody wanting to take a lengthy vacation or even just a weekend getaway!! Can't wait to plan our next holiday!

  • I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. Beautifully decorated with everything you could need for a wonderful vacation! There are so many fun things to do, and so many great restaurants to eat. I highly recommend this condo!

  • My family of 5+1 guest stayed in this condo for spring break. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to stay with our young ones, with the water playground areas, and for our teenager and her friend. The teenagers were able to roam safely throughout the complex. It is right on the beach with pristine views. The well stocked kitchen made meals convenient. There's movie rental and a game room on the premises. It is close to shopping and attractions, yet far enough down the street so traffic and noise are not an issue. We look forward to staying there again!

  • My wife and I loved it there and we are really looking forward to the next trip. Being on the beach, along with the great shopping and awesome restaurants right there on the strip just a minute or two away was very convenient. The sound and smell of the beach blowing through the condo was so romantic and relaxing. My wife and I would highly recommend planning you vacation or get away here.
