Exclusive beach community on a barrier island, rated as one of the top five Best beaches in the USA by National Geographic Traveler. Loveladies is one of the finest beaches on Long Beach Island. Our recently built four bedroom, three and half bath house is ideally located bayside on a Private Lane with easy Ocean Access few houses down, steps to the beach. You can relax and enjoy the low populated beach which has life guards at this access. There is also Bay Access on the lane with a dock for crabbing, kyacking and swimming.
The fenced in, gated property boasts a state of the art heated swimming pool with hot tub, beautiful paver stone pool area with patio furniture, including dinning tables, umbrella, chairs, loungers and two gas grills. Accessible to the pool and beach are 2 outdoor showers with changing areas.
The multiple decks at every level and rooftop provide gorgeous views of the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay. This reverse living home has a magnificent gourmet kitchen with granite tops. The large deck off of the kitchen is screened in for dining, and enjoying the breezes of the shore.
The upstairs living area has a 50" flat screen TV, recliners, sofas and one which opens to a queen bed. New this year is a built in bar with wine refrigerator. The upper level also includes a Master Suite with flat screen TV, private bathroom that includes double pedestal sinks and large shower. There is also a powder bath with pedestal sink in the hallway off of the upper living room.
The lower level includes a large living room with TV and pull out sofa, overlooking a deck. There is a Jr. Master Suite with TV, private bath and shower. There is another bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The lower level has a laundry room in addition to a full bathroom with a bathtub.
Enjoy high speed wireless internet and cable TV. Phone anywhere in the USA, but no international calling. There is no smoking anywhere on the property, and no pets permitted. All bedrooms and both living rooms have ceiling fans to add to the wonderful ocean breezes.
