Why the Owner Chose La Paz
There is nothing like a baja sunset seen from one of our wonderful beaches while sipping a margarita.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The local food is fantastic and I have a list of favorite dining spots in the house. I often walk on the beach in the morning with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset in the evenings.
My favorite restaraunt. 20 years of consistently great food with fabulous service served near the marina, right on th beach!

Great escape in La Paz

My friend and I just spent a week here and had a blast. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean and light in a quiet neighborhood. Very safe and secure--slept great! I liked being in a neighborhood instead of a tourist/commercial zone. Kitchen is well appointed for cooking. Ate breakfasts at "home" -- most lunches and dinners out. (La Costa is a 20 minute walk for amazing seafood & "real" margaritas-- or a $5 cab ride) Enjoyed the private courtyard. WiFi works like a charm. This proved to be a perfect home base for exploring La Paz, Todos Santos and surrounds. We used a combo of transportation options depending on the day--walked, taxied, rented a car. One trip highlight was swimming with the sea lions at Espiritu Santo island. Delightful! Will definitely stay here again.

I rented in this home for a week and enjoyed everything about it, but in particular I think the Owner has done a beautiful job of decorating, furnishing, and providing all the things you might need for a vacation getaway. There’s a beautiful patio garden which is nice to enjoy your coffee or tea. Very good walking along the water, and perfect access for exploring La Paz or the highways out to the countryside. Highly recommend this property!

This was my first trip to La Paz, October 22 through October 26, 2011. I was amazed by how open and spacious this house was. Each bedroom had its own balcony and the hall also had a small balcony. The gated community made the house seem private and secure. Everything was very close, shopping, dining, sightseeing - a short drive or a nice walk. The beach was lovely, the weather cooled of nicely at night. The property was well maintained and the small walled garden was wonderful. I will be recommending this house to all my friends. La Costa resturant was on the water, close by and a great local place. The food was excellant and the margaritas were even better! Thanks for a fabulous place to stay!

Beautiful Retreat in a Great La Paz Location

Stayed for a week in this beautiful, immaculate home, and would definitely go back. The lower level -- with the living room, dining room, and kitchen -- had plenty of room and was a perfect place to relax. Upstairs bedrooms were large with nice balconies. The furnishings were upscale, yet quite comfortable. Outside, there is a pleasant walled garden and patio. This home is in a well-maintained and quiet complex (good for sleeping and tranquility!), just a few steps from the water. It was nice to be able to walk the shoreline and watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The location is very convenient to downtown La Paz and the Malecon (their waterfront, a great place for evening walks), the airport, and shopping -- including the CCC market, where you can pick up any provisions you need. As a city, La Paz offers all the activities of a seaside resort (scuba, fishing, kayaking, sailing, snorkeling), great seafood restaurants, and a vibrant and friendly community.
