Palmwood Villas, Ocean Blvd., N. Myrtle Beach. If you are looking for a place to get away and have a relaxing vacation, Palmwood Villas is the place. You will find it has much to offer for the entire family. This 3rd floor, two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located right on the beach. As you walk through the front door you will notice the beautiful ocean view, which you can enjoy from your private screened balcony.
Palmwood Villas are a rare find on the 'Grand Strand.' The parking is very accommodating, you will enjoy an open courtyard, a private pool area with beach access, and a lockable storage room with beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, beach toys). There is an on-site manager that is very helpful if needed. This is a family owned unit that has been recently updated. Condo is in a good location, close to everything and great view! Has a nice pool and offers a storage closet by the pool to store all beach toys,chairs etc. They have chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more already there for you. The master king bed was very comfortable. On the negative side, the condo is up on the 3rd floor which consist of lots of stairs, which consisted of many many trips up and down to bring our stuff in. When we first walked in the condo it smelled very musty (it had just rained the night before) Luckily there was a dehumidifier in the condo so that took care of that. The master bedroom shower had no hot water. There was long black hair on the floor, on the bed spread, and on the couch. Overall things were not too bad just wished the floor would of been swept better and hot water would of worked in the shower.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Private condo close to everything. This was the percect place for our family to actually relax. It has a comunity feel from the first day. The condo was clean and neat. Had all the small things so you do not have to bring them with you. There was plenty of parking and even a stocked storage closet to put your beach chairs. Can not wait to go back.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
