Isolla Bella is located in Morgantown, just to the west of Gulf Shores. You will enjoy strict architectural controls, buried utilities, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, beautiful landscaping, and a gorgeous beach. The location is terrific....just a short drive to two of Alabama's best golf courses, Kiva Dunes and the Peninsula. A very easy 12 minute commute into town to enjoy wonderful seafood restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and nightlife. And did I mention your view? Enjoy both the sunrise and sunset from multiple balconies.
The sleeping configuration consists of 2 Kings and 2 Queens. There is ample room for additional sleeping with cots and air mattresses.
Even at peak summer rates, this unit is far more inexpensive than your run of the mill hotel. We're only talking $89/BR/night during PEAK summer nights!
Isolla Bella is located at 6431 Sawgrass Drive, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Prices for all of my properties include everything except Alabama state sales tax, and a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is standard amongst all of my properties ($25/bedroom, $10/bathroom, $50/common area)and is paid directly to the housekeepers. Zero mark-ups. It includes all towels and linens. A $45 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps. For your convenience, I can offer optional trip insurance called "Travel Guard" from AIG, a AAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!).
