Our home is a wonderful property that is located directly on Greers Ferry Lake. The lake views are excellent any time of the year. Sunsets are priceless. The lake is steps away from the back door or deck. Your pontoon boat can be tied up at the shoreline for easy lake access. The home is located in an area of the lake called "Barefoot Alley". The water is very calm.
A boat launch and marina is just minutes away at Hill Creek Marina. If you are wanting to rent a boat, Laceys Marina is a nice facility and a short drive away.
The deck provides a wonderful place to gather with friends and enjoy the sunshine or watch unforgettable sunsets. Sip your morning coffee on the screened in porch while you enjoy the peace and quiet of your home-away-from-home.
The house is nicely furnished and offers plenty of room for the whole family. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and it's own separate bath. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a full-sized bed, and a futon and the third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed.
Both secondary bedrooms have access to a large hall bathroom. The walkout basement has a pool table (with ping-pong topper), tv area and 3 sets of bunk beds with another full bathroom.
This home sits on over an acre of land at the end of road. A large grassy area can be used to play ball or croquet. It is also surrounded by woods and nature trails. Fall and Winter are great times to explore the surrounding caves, waterfalls and rock formations.
Some of the area attractions include golf, hiking, fishing, sailing, water skiing, jet-skiing, snorkeling, shopping and antiques. Or, just enjoy relaxing and catch up on that novel you’ve been meaning to finish. Put together a puzzle on the deck while the kids chase lightening bugs. At night, there is a library of DVD’s for family enjoyment or you can bring your own.
If you need anything from town, Greers Ferry is just a few minute drive away. In town, you’ll find restaurants and shops. If you need more shopping and restaurants Heber Springs is an easy 30 minute drive away.

- Off Street Parking: Plenty of room for parking. Circle drive and parking on grass lot across from house.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Plenty of parking for boat/trailer. The road to the house has a few narrow places with big boulders but we have not had any trouble getting boats and trailers to the house. You might want to drive the road first before bringing your boat to the house.

- Cable/Satellite TV: TV in master bedroom, living room and downstairs have satellite connections. There is a TV in guest room but you are only able to watch DVD's or Video Cassettes on tv's.
