We had a wonderful time in St.Augustine for our 30th anniversary celebration. Our only complaint is that we did not get to stay long enough! The condo is perfect. The artwork is awesome. I especially loved the print above the bed in the master bedroom. Our daughter was in school at Flagler during the time of the temporary bridge. The condo is stocked with everything you could possible need plus more. I enjoyed the library and was able to read a book I'd been waiting to read. What a treat. The beach is just a very short walk down the parking lot, and that is where we spent the majority of our time. Thank you so much for making our anniversary so special.

We looked and looked and finally found this spotless, attractive beach condo. And, wonder of wonders in Florida, not one single bug inside! Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The owner supplied a fully detailed account of the amenities plus extensive info on restaurants and activities. We loved our crabcake sandwiches at The Beachcomber, just a nice walk down the gorgeous beach. The two pools are spotless. Couldn't get over how quiet the condo is. The entire resort is top class. Wish we'd brought our tennis racquets because the courts are beautiful. We would recommend this condo to our pickiest friends and hope we can go back there again someday. St. Augustine is an interesting old city. It was so nice to combine a beach vacation with historic tours and some great shopping and restaurants. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home away from home with us.

Our family spent Thanksgiving week at this fabulous condo on St. Augustine Beach. It is beautifully decorated with SUPER cool art work and VERY clean! it has a full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, TV's in every room and high speed internet. The owners provided us with an information packet which was so helpful. We ate at many of the restaurants recommended and loved every one! The beach is literally a few steps out the door, just put on a suit grab a beach toy and a chair (provided with the condo) and go. The property is very well maintained, with tennis courts, two swimming pools and a hot tub. Everything about this place is better than I ever imagined. I would recommend it to everyone, young an old alike. We were just minutes from everything. Downtown St. Augustine is incredible! Rich in history and so very quaint, we walked the streets, ate at wonderful restaurants and took a Pirate Ship Cruise. Don't miss the Crucial Coffee after dinner. Order the drink of your choice and don't forget to try the Key Lime Pie, so delicious. There are so many things to see and do, the list is endless. This fabulous experience gets an EXCELLENT +++. Thank you to the amazing owners for sharing this remarkable piece of paradise with us. We will never forget the great time had by all!!!

Condo was just perfect. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The King Size bed was extremely comfortable. Flat Screen TVs in each Bedroom and the Living Room. Linens, beach towels, boggie boards, beach chairs and coolers were also provided. The check in packet included info on the local restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else you might need - our favorite restaurant (highly recommended) is the Creekside Inn. The Hot tub is right outside the front door. Beach is a very short walk. We had a wonderful week that included walking to the Pier, a game of bacci with some of the locals, reading, bike riding to Historic St Augustine, and Golfing at Royal St Augustine course. We will definitely be back!

We can't say enough about our great couple of days in St. Augustine. St. Augustine has been one of our favorite destinations and we usually stay at a hotel, occasionally a condo. Now that our kids our older, renting your condo was just perfect. Our only regret was that our time was too short. As I am who regularly helps others decorate their homes, I can't tell you how much I enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere of your condo with all the local art. It was colorful, relaxing and felt much more like home than some of the cookie cutter decorated condos. While we didn't have to really use the HD TVs, they were certainly a great selling point in case we had a rainy day. We are eager to plan another trip as a family and would like to return to your unit in the future. I also enjoyed reading one of your novels while I was there....such a nice relaxing touch for a trip to the beach! The Sorrels Family

The condo is very clean and well maintained. The check-in process was simple and access to pool, beach and especially the hot tub right outside our front door was great. The beach is a close little walk, and there is a lifeguard stand nearby (which was comforting as we have small children). There is no driving on this section where you plant yourself...just up higher closer to the dunes, so that was not a worry either. Condi is close to everything...Publix, restaurants, ampitheater (we were there mainly for a concert), downtown, etc. And the price is unbeatable....great deal for a wonderful stay. Mickey answered all our questions and was always in touch. Would definitely recommend this condo to a friend.

Took the family to Orlando for my daughter's yearly sporting event and wanted to hit the beach on the way home. We'd done the parks in Orlando in the past but the kids wanted to go to the beach this year. Couldn't have found a better place. Had everything we needed and everything was clean and in great shape. Plenty of towels, clean linens, and pretty much anything you needed to make any meal. You really don't even need to bring very much for the beach except a swim suit and sunscreen. There are beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and even coolers. I took my oldest daughter deep sea fishing and she had a blast. It was very affordable in St. Augustine compared to other places I've been and I'd highly recommend it. There is a community charcoal grill near the condo and on our fishing trip we caught some Red Snapper and Sea Bass. When we got back we grabbed a few steaks and charcoal and had some awesome surf n' turf just a few hours after getting off the boat. The beach very clean and was easily accessible via a short stroll to the end of the parking lot. It wasn't very crowded (even on the weekend) and there were plenty of places to stake your claim. There's lots of stuff to see up and down the beach from the condo but in the area out from the condo is pretty laid back. My daughters loved playing in the waves, boogie boarding, building sand castles, and catching crabs at night. Mickey's info packet she sends you tells you anything and everything you'd want to know about the condo and the area. I couldn't believe how detailed it was. It's obvious she's been doing this a while because she knows how to do it right. She had plenty of great restaurant recommendations but we ended up eating every meal at the condo because we wanted to spend most of the time at the beach. When we got in the car to leave the very first thing both of my daughters said was can we come back next year. We'll be traveling to Orlando every year for at least the next nine years and plan on making a stop to this condo every year. Can't wait until next year.

Just returned from a long weekend stay at this property. What a pleasure it was working with Mickey. Reservations were quick and easy, and Mickey was eager to answer all of our questions. Condo was VERY clean, and it had everything we could have needed. Condo is very up to date with great furnishings. The location just can't be beat... close to everything. The large pool is awesome, and the beach is right there when you need it. What more can you ask for! Mickey, thanks for the opportunity to rent your condo. We had a great trip and a very memorable experience.

We had a quick stay in St. Augustine before heading to Disney and I am so glad that we came across Mickey's condo. The condo has everything that you would need and is very comfortable. The resort has a terrific pool and great access to the beach. If you want to check out St Augustine, this is certainly the best location; just a few minutes from historic downtown. No need for a hotel stay, this condo was excellent!!!

This was our 3rd time visiting St. Augustine over the years but our first stay at this property. Everything was great, the condo was really clean and well stocked, especially for towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The grounds are well maintained and we really enjoyed the use of the pools and hot tubs. Many local things to do and see with great places to eat. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly to my friends.

We stayed in this unit for a week and loved it! It is tastefully decorated and was well-equipped. The jacuzzi was right outside our door and the beach and pool are only steps away. We plan to go back next summer and have recommended it to many of our friends. It is very reasonable, and there are a lot of great restaurants - our favorite was the Sunset Grille. We also enjoyed a free concert down at the pier one night and the outlet stores are not far from the complex. Can't wait to go back!

For those who are reading these words of wisdom!! I am a frugal person, some would say cheep, some tight, I say frugal. If there's a discount I will take it.( aarp, AAA, Military) I ask Mickey about a discount. She said "I just don't do discounts". She said it so nice and pleasant I couldn't argue with her. So: I actually paid full price. I'm so glad we did. The place was great as discribed . Everything was clean, neat and well stocked. Even down to books, games, beach equipment and just about anything one would need. We appreciated her suggestions as to where to go, where to eat and various other things. The hot tub was very enjoyable, right outside the door. Parking equally as good, right out the other door. We would definitly recomend it to our friends and if or when we return to St. Augustine we will stay there again. (if available)

This place has EVERYTHING! Seriously, just pack some clothes and go. We rent all the time for vacation and I've NEVER had anyone have all that they have. Beach things, toiletries, totally stocked kitchen, books of all kinds, you name it they've got it (and a binder to tell you where to find everything too!). The most amazing spot. View was lovely. It rained while we were there, but it was so comfortable inside that we just enjoyed being on vacation. Mickey is amazing. I'm not kidding. It's like going to your sister's house for the week. She'll tell you everything you need to know around town and then some. Customer service cannot be beat with her. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

We had a baby 7 months ago and decided some time away would do us all good. This condo was just perfect for that. It's a home away from home. Clean, bright, cheerful, fully stocked with everything you could need and on the ground floor too. This was a great surprise because the pictures on the web site made me think it was on the first floor and being on the ground floor is particularly handy if you have a baby. It was beautifully quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our walks on the beach ( 2 mins walk away), introducing the baby to the pool which she loved and watching the ducks waddle around. Mickey was great at responding to any queries and providing us with any additional items we needed. My parents and mother in law stayed with us for a few days and truely loved the place. To quote my Dad,.. it is just mega!!

The condo was fine but not plush. Although the beach was close, our condo overlooked a parking lot. Because the condos were designed around an inner courtyard featuring a hot tub, the noise level was high in the bedroom on the courtyard side, but the fun was usually over by 10 p.m. Check in was smooth, and both the condo owner and the complex staff were pleasant and professional. St. Augustine, as always, had a lot to offer.

Dad is very ill, I live very far away, I love to see him as much as possible. He Loves St. Augustine so he suggested meeting there with mom, my sister and my 2 kids. It was perfect . we were on the side of the duck pond. The unit was in perfect condition. We were close to everything by car, it was 4th of July, tons of fireworks to watch on the beach, which is of course at the other end of the parking lot, so I would drive my dad and the kids there to the ramp, which they provided "a loading or unloading place" went and parked my car at our unit and walked back to meet them. It was a perfect set up. Dad loves the ocean. The kids preferred the ocean to the spotless pool. We had a jacuzzi (very clean) right outside our door. Very Easy parking to all units. I highly recommend this unit and this vacation resort. The staff allowed extra time without charge when I asked for my elderly mom and dad to prepare to leave, it takes them awhile to get moving in the morning. Although we were gone by 11am, that meant the world to us. Thanks again for having a great property, would use it again.

We recently stayed a week in this condo and loved every minute of it. My niece and her husband asked us to go with them to St. Augustine this year and I was not real sure if I wanted to go because we always go to Panama City. My niece and her husband love St. Augustine and have been going there for several years as that is where he has gone on vacation most of his life. We decided to vacation with them this year and the hunt was on for a place to stay. When I found this condo I felt better about the vacation but was still a little nervous. I emailed and spoke to the owner several times before actually booking the condo. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions and offered ideas about the vacation that I wouldn't have thought to ask. When we arrived at the condo we were very pleased with everything. The cleanliness, space and quality of furniture and decor was amazing. My niece's in-laws, who have been staying at the complex for years, couldn't believe the way our condo was furnished and kept compared to the one they were staying in. We had two bedrooms and two full baths. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were big enough to actually get ready in, nothing like a little motel bathroom. The living room/dining room area was open and spacious with tile floors. The couch made a bed and my 18 year old slept there. He said that the bed was not like a typical sofa bed. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. I enjoyed having a washer and dryer and used them daily. The condo owner has a few games, pool/beach toys and movies at the condo for the vacationers use. The location was wonderful as we had a hot tub right outside one door and both swimming pools were visible from the other door. The beach access was not far at all. There are also two ponds just a few steps away and we were able to fish anytime. Then men really enjoyed the fishing. This condo is on the first floor and it was great to park right outside the door and not have to worry about stairs or carrying luggage and groceries across a big parking lot. For a little more comfort this is a gated condo with guards on duty 24/7. The pier is just a couple of blocks away. The old town is a few miles away. There are restaraunts within walking distance. There is a grocery store and dollar store less than a mile from the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to vacation in a home away from home setting. We will definatley be staying in this condo again.

When our family set out to make summer vacation plans I remembered all the great things I had heard about St. Augustine and thought we would give it try. We wanted to stay somewhere that was affordable and close to the beach. We had received a couple recommendations from friends and eventually decided on St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort. While making our reservations the management staff was extremely helpful in providing us with all the information that we were seeking. Once we got to the condo we knew we'd made the right choice. The condo was in great condition and well kept. The condo exceeded our expectations. The beach is within walking distance and there are two pools on site. Ocean and Racquet was the perfect location for our needs. There are a number of great restaurants close by, along with outlets malls with driving distance, easy access to downtown, and a nearby grocery store. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to all those vacationing in St. Augustine.

This property is the best vacation condo our family of 6 has ever stayed at. The Ocean & Racquet club has a very friendly & helpful staff. The location in St. Augustine is great too. The description doesn't lie. The condo is immaculate, comfortable and the decor can't be beat. When you walk in, you realize you have arrived at the perfect beach home away from home. The quality of the furniture was appreciated as were the comfy beds. With six of us, we made use of the pull out sofa and it was comfortable too. No back aches from cheap beds at this condo! The kitchen has everything you need. We used it for breakfast and lunch. We gave the washer/dryer a run for its money with our beach towels every day but it was up for the challenge. There was plenty of space for our family to hang out. Everyone gave it "Two Thumbs Up!" The location is convenient to everything the club has to offer as well. With the hot tub just outside the door, the pool across the street, and the beach close by, everything is just a hop, skip or a jump away. There is plenty of parking and we found we liked to park by the back patio and ended up using that door more than the front unless we were coming in from the beach. For trips in & out, it made things a breeze and the car was right there within sight. Great restaurants are just a short drive away and in our opinion, the best ones were actually those closest to the Ocean & Racquet Club! We enjoyed sightseeing around the Old Town and shopping. The dolphin Eco-Tour was a highlight for us. Locals are a great source for recommendations for restaurants and things to do and we made use of some great tips. Ask around and take their advice. We went to one place, The Beachcomber, that we never would have found ourselves, and enjoyed a wonderful meal right on the beach away from the usual tourist crowd. Mostly, we came for the beach and we weren't disappointed! There's a pavilion where you can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. and a lifeguard station is here too. We rented chairs & umbrellas for the week and got a good deal, and bought boogie boards there too. It was great having the chairs & umbrellas set up and ready for us in the same location every morning! The highest praise we can give is to say we would definitely return to rent this condo unit again. It was a wonderful place to say and we highly recommend it!
