  This was our 4th year at Ana and Alex's villa. We love it. Many properties say they are on the beach but few are as close and convenient as this villa. The villa has everything you need for an extended stay. Just shop at Ralphs in Humacao for your food and enjoy the view from their beachfront balcony.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

  This is a beautiful beachfront villa. We absolutely loved it. The beach is just outside the window, coconut trees, beautiful view. Very quiet, just a few people on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.

  This makes 3 times we have stayed at Ana and Alex' beach villa and every stay has been great. The location is the best one in the beach villas at Palmas del Mar. It is next to the Carribean and just across from the pool. If you like golf, tennis, walking the beach this is the place for you. It is fun to sit on the balcony at night and watch nightfall. For a real treat get your breakfast pastries just outside the Palmas gate at Las Delicias Panadaria. They are the best on the island. Turn right when you leave Palmas, go under the freeway bridge and turn right at the Texaco gas station. The panadaria is about 200 yards on the left. It is open 7 days a week. It's only a 3 minute drive from the Palmas gate. You won't be sorry.

  Beach Village is like Sanibel Island, Florida with better weather, gambling, surf, and impeccable grounds maintenance. We did not golf or play tennis, but we did enjoy the restaurants. The coordinates 18.085165,-65.796800 should point to the villa, just paste into Google. I recommend using the map for planning and directions. Palmas del Mar is huge resort development. You can rent a golf cart to get around. There are paths everywhere. On our first night, we walked up to the Wyndam for a beverage (Altos Las Hormigas Malbec), dinner, and slots. You might use Wyndaym's address in your GPS to find Beach Village as they both share the right turn off of Candelero: 170 Candelero Drive, Palmas del Mar, Humacao, 00791. Chez Daniel is located on the water off of Harbour Drive on the far side of the marina. The marina has numerous & impressive yachts. The villa has a well equipped kitchen and excellent beach chairs. Enjoy!

  This was our second stay at Beach Villa VIP and it was great again. Ana is a great owner. Weather was perfect. We walked the beach and played tennis every day. Nothing like sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the sunset and having a glass of wine. If you want a quiet get away this is the perfect place.

  Staying at Ana and Alex's beautiful beachfront villa in Palmas Del Mar made us feel live VIP's! The villa was very tastefully appointed and has a view to absolutely die for from the balcony! Being only a few steps from the beach is another great feature of the property and my wife and I spent pretty much every morning on the beach and swimming/snorkeling. The golf course in Palmas was a real treat to play as well and is where we spent most of our afternoons, a couple of holes on the back 9 have spectacular ocean views and overall the course is excellent. Would definitely return and also would recommend highly as a great place to stay while in PR.

  Anas beach villa is the perfect get- away! The facility grounds & security are absolutely beyond first class. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Puerto Rico. I researched many locations & properties & I am fortunate to have chosen to stay with Ana. The villa is more like a spacious townhome. Waking up everyday to the view of the ocean & beach from our bedroom suite was spectacular. The villa is extremely clean & has all details. With Anas attention to detail she saved us quite a bit of $ by already having beach chairs, towels & kitchen condiments galore. Nothing, Nothing was missed. This was more than a regular vacation it was a superb retreat. The location of the villa was private & extremely convenient. There are restaurants on site & a general store. Latinos has fabulous cuisine.

  Had a wonderful time at the property and the resort. Interesting layout of the condo came in very handy (loft) and everyone was able to have some privacy. Everything promised was delivered. I did end up renting a golf cart the last full day. I should have rented one sooner. Lots of places to explore. Would recommend it to anyone looking to get away from it all. The island is not that large, so the rainforest, San Juan, Ponce, etc. are not that far away if you want to explore!

  The communication, villa, and overall condition of the villa was top notch! I would recommend working with this owner everytime!!! We came to play in a colllegiate golf tournament, and the place was above and beyond expectations.

  Great view, nice amenities, everything well thought out. Tennis clinics in the morning were great, golf rates a steal. You can get around without a rental car (you can rent bikes, golf carts or cars from the same place on site) This unit is quite close to hotel for restaurants or casino.
