This executive house is beautifully decorated with upgraded furnishings. The pool and spa are south facing and as we have the stunning conservation view we do not back up to anyone! We also have privacy hedges either side of the pool. The spa is wonderfully soothing after a busy day at the parks.

The house is located in the desirable gated resort community Windsor Palms, featured on several recent travel programs. Located just 3.5 miles from Disney the resort boasts a Grand Clubhouse with Olympic size swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, pool tables, video arcades, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, kids playground, picnic and barbeque area, a convenience store and even a movie theatre showing 3 films a day and all of these facilities are FREE OF CHARGE. The newest addition to the clubhouse is the Wii room which is available at a small charge. Also there is an internet room also available for a small charge.

We want our guests to feel this is a home from home, as we do. We have a very well equipped kitchen and utility room. All household linens are provided and also crib linens for babies.

There are hairdryers in the master bedrooms and also a safe in the king master. Children will love our themed bedrooms and we have provided children equipment for our younger guests.

Our brand new games room provides extra fun for all ages. The resort is minutes from supermarkets and major restaurants and there is even a championship golf course within walking distance. For keen shoppers, the designer malls are nearby. For the comfort and safety of all guests there is no smoking permitted within the villa.

Our rates are not the cheapest you will find, but they are not the most expensive either. We offer a well above average home of which we are very proud. So if you are looking for that 'special' home to make your Florida vacation truly magical, you have come to the right place.
