The Villa: Built in 2004, the model is a Bougainvillea type C. 3,464 feet under Air.
2 storey, 5 bed, 5.5 bath. 2 Master suites. Sleeps 10 in all. Private pool with heated spa, fountains and outer brick patio.
Route to Disney: Exit the site, right onto Florence Villa Grove Road, first turning left onto Westside. Down Westside to traffic signals, right onto the 192. Past the shops at Formosa Gardens, next signal, turn left into Sherberth Road. At the end of Sherberth take a right, and that is the start of Disney World.
Inside the Villa, there are master suites on both levels. Each master bathroom has a garden Jacuzzi tub and twin wash basins. Three further large double bedrooms upstairs, one double and two twins.
Downstairs, a formal dining room seats 8, the breakfast room seats 6, and a further four can be seated at the bar and and a further small side table.
The Great Room has 3 leather sofas, an easy chair, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee tables, and an armoire housing information and the Hi Fi.
Stair gates, crib, and high chair and stroller are included, for extra little guests. Luxury Furniture throughout.
The kitchen has a halogen range, microwave, ice serving fridge/freezer, waste disposal and dishwasher, and plenty of cupboard space. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cups glasses, cookware and cooking utensils.
Outside: a balcony is shared between the upstairs master, and the double junior suite, The balcony is furnished, and has lights and fans. You can watch Disney fireworks, the light of nearby Old Town, and any shuttle launches that happen, in comfort.
Lower Deck: Pool with fountains, heated (optional) tub, loungers, chairs & tables, all laid to brick pavior. Outside the screen is a further patio 40 feet wide an 10 feet deep, for the hardened sun-worshipper.
This executive gated development has on site management , maintenance, cleaning and maid service.
Nearby there is golf, up to championship class, fishing, boating, and of course, Disney, Sea World, Universal with Islands Of Adventure, and much much more.
The shopping malls will leave ladies breathless, and the gentlemen exasperated.
The beaches are just over an hour away, as is the Space Centre, Tampa Bay and all that goes with them.
If your flight is late arriving, don’t worry, the after hours on site guard will check you in, and give you the keys.
The garage has our personal SUV in, and an exercise machine, so garage accommodation is limited.
