The original house is over 250 years old with classic Vermont charm. Low ceilings, wide board floors, large living room with fireplace, 4 cozy bedrooms, etc. The new three year old addition added a mud room, family room, master bedroom with full bathroom, wash room in lower level with another bedroom with a full bath and a fully renovated state of the art kitchen. If you like to cook, you will love the spacious set up and appliances.
This is not a condo on the mountain, but a cozy/comfortable home across from Pikes Falls with lots of room in and out. Snowshoe in the woods from the back door or take a level walk down the road (1 1/2 miles to the access road to the mountain). An ideal set up for one or two families with young kids to enjoy the mountain and the surrounding activities and then return to the quiet and comfort of the house, hang out, relax in front of the fireplace and get a great nights sleep.
