Why the Owner Chose Montgomery Estates
Living in the Bay Area (Northern California) for my entire life, I have been a frequent visitor to Lake Tahoe whether skiing in the winter or visiting the lake during summer. Our property is one of the nicest neighborhoods in South Lake Tahoe and sits atop hill away from all the little congestion there is in Lake Tahoe. Additionally, it is only 5 mins. from world class skiing at Heavenly Valley and a short drive (approx. 7 mins) to casinos/gaming and the lake.
The Unique Benefits at this House
My property is just an amazing house as it offers the tranquility of being in a forest setting and built atop a hill which makes you feel like you are suspended in the tree tops. Because it is a brand new property, you give up nothing in terms of amenities that your own home would have, but yet you feel as if you have left all the stress of your daily life far behind. Our two rear decks (one off the great room and one off the master suite) offer another unique feature which allows for great BBQ's in the summer or a romantic day/evening for the occupants of the master suite.

This photo was taken in 2008 during a trip to Eastern Europe. I am an avid traveler and currently live in Silicon Valley with my wife and 2 kids (Julia & Lucas). We are frequent visitors to Lake Tahoe with a particular fondness to winter time and the incredible skiing Tahoe has to offer. Of course relaxing at the lake in summer is quite nice as well.
