Magnolia House is situated on a 280 acre Rio Magnolia property with mountain rain forest overlooking the Pacific halfway between Playa Dominical and San Isidro. The views, the birds and the wild life is magnificent. If you want privacy, this is the place. We're 6 km off the highway at the end of the road.
We have an inviting infinity pool with a swim-up bar and terraces for sunning and relaxation.
There is a kitchen/bar and living room on the main level looking over the pool. A library with huge windows faces the jungle slopes.
On the lower level is a large kitchen and laundry facilities.
There are four uniquely designed suites.
El Cielo
This suite is on the main level of the house jutting out over the valley offering panoramic ocean and jungle views through large windows and the private covered wrap around terrace. The room has a queen size bed with a sitting area, large ensuite bath with a shower with a view. (wheelchair access)
La Heliconia
This suite is on the second level with ocean, pool and jungle views. The room has a queen size bed with a sitting area, large ensuite bath with a shower and a wrap around spacious covered and open terrace.
La Orquídea
This suite is on the second level with river and jungle views. The room offers a queen size or two twins beds and a sitting area, large ensuite bath with a shower and a wrap around spacious covered and open terrace.
Mono Congo
This suite has ocean and jungle views. The suite offers a queen size or two twins beds and a sitting area, large ensuite bath with a shower and a deck.
