Stay at one of the top properties on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Seachase has 3 beach side outdoor spas and 5 beach side outdoor pools including an infinity edge pool and a toddler pool. There is also a outdoor sprinkler area for children. There is a grand heated indoor pool and spa which is adjacent to the center building and overlooks the center pool and beach. The workout center is in the center tower and overlooks the center pool and beach. This renter's favorite is on the 7th floor of the center tower. From the large balcony, there is an east to west unobstructed panoramic view of the Gulf. The large Master bedroom is on the beach side and has direct access to the large balcony. The unit is decorated in a colorful Key West style decor with tile throughout. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is 1,340 square feet in size. From the balcony there are views of the east pool and center pools. The beach is just steps away from the pool. This unit offers a private covered parking space behind the east building if needed exclusively for the use of the units customers.
Fully appointed kitchen has a refrigerator with ice and filtered water dispenser on the door, microwave, smooth top stove, dishwasher, and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings with custom crown molding, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Why the Owner Chose SeaChase
We love the Alabama Gulf Coast community. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. There is a lot of do in the Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach area. There isn't a traffic problem; restaurants are great and the waits are not atrocious; shops and grocery stores are close by; there is a marvelous small zoo with gorgeous Tigers (1 of every color); great music at the Wharf and at most local restaurants; speed boat racing tournaments; the shrimp festival; and a family oriented Mardi Gras parade, yearly music and art festivals. There is something to do in the area all year long.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Bar none, we have the best pools at Seachase! The heated indoor pool is the largest on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Not every property on the beach has an indoor pool. All 6 pools are on the beach side. The pool areas have been layed with brick pavers and not just concrete. The beach is just steps from each pool area which means no long walks to the waters edge. Also, the ground floor of each building is finished and decorated. There is a hotel quality loveliness about the lobbys. The lobbys, the general areas, and the landscaping are kept immaculate. The maintenance and management staff are on top of every detail.

We are a SEC sports loving family. We live in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. We bought our unit at Seachase because our baby girl loves the beach and she loves the pools at Seachase. Even though she isn't a baby anymore she still loves it. Also, the ocean view from the unit is just stunning. After 5 minutes on the balcony, I am instantly renewed.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our little weekend getaway in this unit. We found the condo very well stocked, clean and comfortable; exactly as described. The unobstructed balcony view was divine. The owner was very easy to work with and provided a very detailed information packet. We most definitely recommend this unit.

Our family just recently returned from our wonderful vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possible need. The unit is very spacious, the master bathroom is fantastic!! The views from the balcony are so great that we ate dinner there 6 out of 7 nights. The owner is very accommodating and truly cares about your needs. We have vacationed in the area for the past 10 years and this has become by far our favorite place to stay. We will definitely return next year and hopefully many years to come! Thanks so much!

I can't say enough great things about this place! Sea Chase is a wonderful property with beautiful pools and great views of the beach. The beaches are gorgeous too and very easy to get to from the property. No stairs to walk down, just a short, easy walkway. The owners of this unit were so helpful and have really put a lot into making this a great place to stay for anyone. It was clean, well-maintained and stocked, nicely decorated and had a great informational book about the area. They provided us great service prior to our trip too telling us about things in the area and mailing us a guidebook. We had a minor problem with other guests using poor judgment while on-site and they handled things immediately with a quick response and great care, even though it was in no way a fault of theirs. They contacted Sea Chase management immediately to ensure the problem was resolved for the remainder of our stay. I highly recommend staying here to anyone. It’s a great place for a relaxing get-away or a family vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved the view from the baloncy and the pools. The unit was extremely nice and there were a lot of personal touches throughout. We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels. This was our third trip there and we just love it.
