We spent a week here, and had such a great time!! Views,,sounds of the ocean...smell of the salt air,,and daily visits by dolphins were amamzing! Not too mention the sunsets!! The house exceeded our expectations,,very clean,,stocked well, had everything we needed. Looking forward to the next time...:)

My family just stayed at this lovely home from July 15-22. It is so beautiful. It is all up on the upper floor where you see the windows in the pictures, the deck is above and so nice. It was so CLEAN and as a family that does vacation rentals, it was REALLY great to open the frig and it was spotless and EMPTY. The whole house was just open and airy...the master bedroom and bath ROCKED and the bed was comfortable and it even had a massage chair. We saw dolphins and seals almost every day. We were close enough to run to the market and Starbucks, as well as, make a day of Santa Barbara and go to the Zoo one day and the Natural History Museum the next and see the live butterfly exhibit, which I highly recommend, for kids or adults, it is awesome (I came home and told my single banker he needed to take a date there...seriously cool!!!!) We went into Carpinteria to Giovanni's for Pizza. This house is so much fun...beach in the early morning for a long walk west to see the tide pools, then the tide comes in, then it goes back out later and you can enjoy the beach again, regardless the rocks are huge enough to lounge on or take advange of the deck. FUN, FUN, FUN!!!!! This one is definitely one to save in favorites and the owner is so nice!!!! :) Thank you!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. We saw dolphins every day. At times there were as many as 9. We also saw seals. One day a small seal came out of the water and walked on the beach. We all loved seeing the wild life.
