Our rates are based upon 6 guests.
- MAY 1st to DECEMBER 15: $ 800 /week
- DECEMBER 15 to APRIL 30: $ 1100 /week
(10% Surcharge for Xmas, New Year and Easter)
(Taxes: 11%)
Refundable security deposit $500.
Final cleaning fee: $140.
Reservation Deposit: 30% of rent.
Price including: pool service, lawn service, A/C, water, linen and towels.
Rate includes electricity up to US $35.00 per week (additional use if any will be immediately settled at the end of the stay.)
