Rental conditions (until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice):
Our rates are based upon 4 guests (additional charge of $10 per person per night for guests in addition to four.)
Minimum 3 days rental. You can rent the house for your desired number of days: 8 days or 11 days for example.
- MAY 1st to DECEMBER 20: $ 875 /week (125/day)
- DECEMBER 15 to APRIL 30: $ 1120 /week (160/day)
(No surcharge for Xmas, New Year and Easter)
(Floridian Taxes: 11%)
Refundable security deposit $500.
Final cleaning fee: $150.
Reservation Deposit: 30% of rent.
Price including: pool service, lawn service, A/C, water, linen and towels.
Rate includes electricity up to US $35.00 per week (additional use if any will be immediately settled at the end of the stay.)
