Very clean, plenty of space, and located on an ATV route (the one through Summit Lake that gets you to Parrish trails plus Oneida and Lincoln Cty trails). 15 min drive from Augusta Springs trails. Nice large kitchen for communal food prep/gathering. Deck and included grill for outside grilling. We do a lot of ATVing throughout the year and this is one of the nicest affordable places we've been at. Plenty of hooks in entryway to hang up dirty clothes and a covered drive-in space to unload/load without battling the weather. Plus there's a bunch of wooded acreage to wander through or just simply sit and watch the critters come by and good parking for multiple vehicles with trailers.Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

We were in the area grouse hunting, and this was a very good choice for a place to stay. It was on a very nice wooded acerage close to some area lakes, quiet, clean, with lots of room for gear. This house could easily accomodate a larger group. The owner was very accomodative in terms of getting keys, being paid..etc. The listing and photos are accurate.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family stayed in this home over the 4th of July. This is a Home not a cabin. Lots of new improvements and it is in a quiet area to relax and enjoy the Northern Wisconsin woods and lakes.Owner response: I am glad you enjoyed the peace and quiet of the northwoods. There are a lot of lakes in the area for boating, fishing, and swimming. Also, you can enjoy the ATV trails and in the winter the snowmobile trails.
