Gulf-Front, Edgewater Beach Condominium is a gated property that has wonderful views overlooking gardens, shimmering pools, sparkling white sand and the beautiful emerald coast waters of the Gulf.

Edgewater has two large swimming pools (one heated in winter), toddler wading pool, heated adult whirlpool spa and plenty of sun loungers and chairs. As a guest, you will be provided with two complimentary chairs and an umbrella* for the duration of your stay.

* - seasonal amenities available March through October, weather permitting.

Condo has one bedroom and one bath with new furniture, new Sealy Posturepedic mattress, tile (with area rugs), paint, kitchen cabinets and Corian countertops in 2008. Both living room and bedroom have very quiet new sliding glass doors opening to a spacious balcony.

Living area includes a new 32” LCD HD TV with DVD player. Master Bedroom has 27” TV with DVD and VCR.

There was everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxed, not to mention that beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony! We have never enjoyed a trip to Destin as we did this time and want to thank you for opening up your home on the coast to us! We will be back!!

  • This was our first time to stay in Edgewater & we were very pleased with our decision. The pictures online do not do justice for this condo. Very, very beautiful! It was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed & within walking distance of a grocery store, dollar store & pharmacy. We can't wait to go back :)

  • This was our first family vacation in Destin. We echo the positive comments by your previous guests. In addition, I think one of the great pluses to this property is the large landscaped yard areas to play yard games, pitch n' catch, etc. For a family of four, I can't think of a better place to stay in Destin.

  • Beautiful and well-maintained condo. Great view of the Gulf from the porch and the screened sliding glass doors allow you to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean! Very convenient location for groceries and the Silver Sands Outlet mall.
