SPECTACULAR OCEANFRONT 2 BEDROOM/2 BATHROOM CONDO
This two bedroom, two bathroom corner unit on the beach offers the quiet, relaxing solitude of its private access beach but is also just minutes away from the restaurants, boardwalk, and shopping offered by nearby Ocean City, Bethany, and Rehoboth.
The unit offers breathtaking views. The living room and dining room face two large walls of windows (one facing east and the other north), both of which have direct views of the beach and ocean below and have sliding glass doors that open onto two private balconies. The entry door to the unit is on a common balcony facing west with a view of the bay. The unit is on the third floor of a 52 unit low-rise condo building.
The unit’s two bedrooms and pull-out couch comfortably sleep six (with toddler beds, roll-away beds, and pac n plays also available for rent from the condominium). And, the unit has all the comforts of home, including an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, three televisions with cable and DVD players. In addition, tenants have access to the condominium’s private outdoor pool (open in season), walkway onto the beach, outdoor showers, picnic tables, library, lounge, and parking lot.
Fenwick Island’s beach is significantly less crowded than the beaches in the surrounding towns and offers easy access to the 130 outlets stores in Rehoboth, the wild ponies of Assateague Island National Seashore, and the amusements of Ocean City.
