  • My husband and I, with our 15 year old son & dog, spent a week here in June. The house was cozy & very clean. The kitchen had everything you could need. The screened porch was very nice. We also rented the pontoon boat. We love to fish & the dock turned out to be good fishing. Our son caught a large bass, a large gar, and we caught catfish off it. We look forward to returning. We thank Jay for sharing your home and being so helpful.

  • We rented the Davis lake home from July 18 - 25. Our family had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the house. It was very neat and clean and had everything we needed. At first I was concerned that the home had wall unit air conditioners, but that only lasted 5 minute when we realized the air that came through those units was stronger & cooler than our central air at home, so ended up not being a problem at all. The screened in area to the back of the house was super. We were especially grateful that Davis's allowed us to bring our dog with us, it would not have been the same without him. My family and I highly recommend renting this lakefront rental. Just bring your clothes & sunscreen and you'll be set for a great vacation.

  • We stayed at this house July 4th week. The screened porch was our favorite spot when we weren't on the water. After the busy holiday weekend, the cove was almost desserted. It was great! The boat was a little tricky, but we soon got the hang of it. Not like our previous boats. Jay Davis was extremely easy to deal with and his boat caretaker, Mr. Atkinson, was very helpful. We hope to go back again.

  • My family and I rented this house for a week in May. We had a great time! The house is really nice. Everything looked new and was very clean. The screened porch was a great way of being outside without the worry of bugs. We really enjoyed that porch. The boys even slept out there. We were close to the water, had a good view and the yards were very clean. It was a very good vacation for us and we thank Mr. Jay for all the help he gave us in our dealings. We hope to go back again next year or maybe before!!! r. Golden
