The newly redecorated living room comfortably seats 6 to relax or watch TV. There is also a dining room with comfortable seating for 6 & an eat-in island. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The apartment spans the width of the building and includes a balcony which can be accessed from the living room & master bedroom, with partial ocean views. We had a great time at Siesta Key. The condo was nice and clean. The kids loved the heated pool. It was always very warm. The beach was beautiful. We collected shells and even spotted dolphins right off the beach. We made the 1 hour drive to Busch Gardens. The kids also loved jet skiing. There was so much more that they wanted to do. We'll have to go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We had 4 children who grew up spending Easters and many other holidays at our condo. Now they take their own families to Siesta Key for Easter and holidays.

We bought when the building was brand new and have never regretted doing so. We love Sarasota because anything you like to do for entertainment is available, whether plays, sailing, fishing, tennis, good restaurants, Ringling Museum, and everyone loves beautiful Crescent Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There are many repeat renters who come every year with their children and grandchildren. The quartz sand never gets hot no matter how hot the temperature. The pool is great and there are lots of chairs and lounges both poolside and on the beach for our guests. We also have 2 gas grills available for those who wish to use them.
