Why the Owner Chose Redington Shores
The home is within driving distance from our primary residence and strategically located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. We also like the residential appeal of Redington Shores while still being able to enjoy the nightlife in Clearwater or St. Petersburg. The many restaurants and bars in either direction add to the overall enojoyment of the area. We like the gated community or Redington Shores Yacht and Tennis Club with all the amenities and the convenience of just walking across the street to the beach. We also love the beach and the ability to watch the sunset...so it just made sense.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The key benefits of this property are that it's newly built, spacious and located in the quiet residential community of Redington Shores. We also get the security of an upscale gated community that's located right across the street from the beach. There are also several local restuarants and bars within walking distance while the real nightlife is just minutes away in either direction...Clearwater to the north and St. Petersburg to the south.
This is the location of the Redington Shores Yacht and Tennis Club Community Club House, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub.
This is a great "hole in the wall" restaurant and bar where you can sit on the water and enjoy great seafood and cocktails within walking distance from our home.
