Easy access to the highway make this a great condo for hitting the slopes. The condo is well equipped, nicely decorated, and quiet. Walking distance to downtown Frisco dining and shopping. Worked great for our family of 4, would stay again.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Very Beautiful Condo and location! Walking distance to downtown with unique shops and restaurants. Also, went to a glass blowing demonstration at the "Gather House", climbed Mount Royal and biked to Keystone. There are bikes that come with the Condo. Perfect location for skiing.....though we were too early for that in October. We will rent this Condo again! Very nice!

Fun in Frisco

Our family of four has enjoyed both of our stays at this condo. The location is great, in Frisco and for surrounding towns. Games, pool and biking for the kids to enjoy. The condo feels cozy and spacious. We like the creek in the back, the quiet location with the grand views and the main floor access. Frisco itself has wonderful variety in eating establishments, but if you would like to stay in and cook, there is a fantastic market within walking distance. Fond memories, can't wait to be back.

We spent two nights here, wish we could have stayed longer. The changing colors were beautiful and Frisco put on a terrific Fall Festival. The kitchen is kept well stocked; the bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, it's an enjoyable walk into town. The hot tub and swimming pool are a great way to finish up the day. I agree with other comments, sitting outside in the morning with a hot cup of coffee listening to the creek is the BEST! Thank you

Comfortable family getaway

I took my parents, wife and 5 month old here for a August long weekend trip to Frisco. We were worried that we would be able to hear the I70, but we didn't hear any traffic noise at all. It is walking distance to town, quiet, and backs onto a creek. The kitchen is really really well stocked with all the cooking materials, except we could not find a kettle. There was a pack and play that our son could sleep in. Douglas, the owner is very easy to work with. There was a road closure on the I70 the afternoon we were leaving so he was flexible with the departure time.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Great place to spend a week!

Our family of four spent the week here, and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We also enjoyed our interactions with the owners, who were hospitable, flexible, friendly and accommodating. The unit is located immediately adjacent to a pretty creek, is very clean and well maintained. We hope to return here in the future, and recommend the unit, the town of Frisco and all of Summit County, CO to friends and relatives.

We have enjoyed every stay at this condo. We keep coming back because of the super location, close to bike trails, the comfortable accommodations, and the constant gurgling of the creek, right outside our door. Caution! Keep the screen door close so the hummingbirds and ground squirrels don't come in for a visit. We love Frisco and we love Moose Lodge.

We came all the way from gorgeous Oregon to spend time with family in Frisco. Needless to say, Frisco was just as welcoming as our well known Oregon vacation spots . . . and this Ten Mile Island condo made us feel right at home. The scenery was wonderful and the amenities in the condo were plentiful, which ensured a relaxing vacation for all of us. Even though i'm not a TV person, the huge flat screen television was nice to fall asleep in front of while the boys caught up with their favorite show. If you're looking to fit in a game or two or to read a random book, the closet is stocked with plenty of goodies. We're looking forward to returning soon!

Like home in Moose Lodge

We were here for the coldest week of skiing in Summit County. However, the furnishings were very comfortable and Pat worked well with us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The master bed was a little soft for my taste, but still very comfortable. The two twins in the second bedroom were also comfortable. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic. We had the whole place to ourselves during the week. The kitchen facitilites were great and we cooked all our meals for the week here. Prior renters had left plenty of basic cooking supplies, which made it easy to stay here. We could not take advantage of the creek (it was -30), but I am sure this is a great place in the summer. You will not find luxury here but you will find it very comfortable and easy to stay here.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was a wonderful place for a family getaway! We loved the cozy mountain decor and listening to the mountain stream off the back deck. The location was perfect... just a short stroll to delightful shops, restaurants and parks. This is an amazing retreat and we hope to return someday!

This condo provided very clean and comfortable accomodations. Plenty of room. Incredible view of mountains. I walked out every morning with my coffee to sit by the river. The sound of the river and view of the mountains made this a wonderfully relaxing (and fun) vacation!!!

Your condo is a wonderful place to relax and to enjoy outside activities. It is comfortable with good beds and is very convenient to bike trails, restaurants and stores. We especially enjoyed the sounds of the nearby mountain stream and watching the humming birds. The grandchildren loved the swimming pool. We hope to be back very soon! Thank you!

Perfect for our family!

We stayed here for four nights during our ski vacation. The condo was well maintained but not so stuffy and formal that we did not feel comfortable. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. There was not one thing that we could not easily find when we needed it. Our family of 5 did not feel cramped in this 2 BR unit. The clubhouse was also well maintained and the kids had fun in the pool while we relaxed in the hot tub after a day of skiing. This condo is easily reached from the highway and multiple ski resorts are within a 10-15 minute drive. The Summit Shuttle stop is a short walk away (we did not use this). We will definitely stay here the next time we come skiing.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers

I loved the condo! It was very clean and cozy. The ultimate in mountain comfort. The beds are very comfortable, so I slept well! It was great to have everything I needed for cooking and lodging. When I return to Frisco, I will stay here. I loved the location.

Thanks for renting Moose Lodge to us last week. We had a great time, I'm sure you heard the ski reports. Fri was somewhat tricky, we had intended to go to Copper for our last day, but I-70 was closed, but we made it to Breckenridge. Your place is comfortable and convenient. Hopefully if we return next year we'll rent again. Thanks again. Neil

This place is wonderful! We were there over the 4th of July. Barbeque on the back deck while Ten Mile Creek bables by under the back drop of beautiful Mount Royal. Hiking and biking trails are only a stones throw away. We enjoyed the down town shops, dining and Frisco historical museum. We also attended an outdoor concert in near by Dillon, and sailed the lake. The fireworks were spectacular too. So much to do... it's worth a return trip. We had an amazing family adventure at Moose Lodge! Thank you, Lee & Deb Penner

Your condo is quiet, comfortable and well furnished. Sitting on the deck looking out on the stream in the morning is the best. I just might kayak that stream when we come back to stay in this condo again!

This condo is our favorite place to stay in while vacationing. It is rustic, peaceful and beautiful with a creek running through the back. We love how we are within walking distance to town, but still feel like the condo is secluded and comfortable. It was fully furnished with everything we needed (utensils, games and dvds),with lots of room to spare. It is also in impecable condition. They also had a pool and hot tub-always enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to all!

We really enjoyed this jewel in the Rockies with the convenience of skiing, shopping and multiple dining choices close by, but with the quiet and comforts of home. A dip in the hot tub and pool was what our family needed after long days of skiing. We think the Moose Lodge is a superb place to relax and have fun!

Hello, Your condo is fantastic, it's very quiet and comfortable, the place is amazing. We went in the village of frisco, wath a nice village ! everybody is gentle, the atmosphere is very nice. We love to stay in this condo! It is just close enough to the Main Street to walk to restaurants and shops --but it also is next to a creek, trees and mountain. Very cozy with the moose/lodge decorating. Kids love the pool/hottub! Wonderful in summer (hikes, boating, frisco street events, garage sales!) fall (aspen leaves!) and winter (skiing, ice sculptures) Would recommend to anyone!

This little haven in the mountains is a great place to unwind. The trails are close by to bike or walk and there are great places to dine just a short bit away. Very quiet and peaceful-and did I mention it is beautiful!!! Fall is a great time in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado with plenty of photo ops. A very easy drive from Denver or the Springs. We had a wonderful time! Hoping to return soon, The Hugleys

We had a great get-away at Moose Lodge. Our favorite things: being one minute from the bike trails, comforting hot tub, king size bed, cool bubbly mountain stream right outside the door and the one persistent hummingbird that came each day.

Great retreat! Summer 2003 We loved the view of the mountains, the creek rushing by and the smell of the pines. Very peaceful. Biked down Vail pass right to condo then relaxed in the hot tub. We walked to shops and restaurants, lots of activites in town. Close to everything. Very clean and newly updated. Loved the lodge feel. Great unit, definitely will return to 112B.

We had a great time here, we went to the brewery nearby and it had great food. We went to Rasta Pasta again and Jonathan tried out the Rasta Pasta Plate and it was spicey. The hike around Lake Dillon was cool because we skipped rockes and Jonathan and Christopher both were able to skip it 7 times.
