The main shopping street, the "Rue d'Antibes" is behind the apartment and you will be surrounded by lovely restaurants, bars and boutiques. There's no need for a car!
The apartment is on the first floor (there is a lift) has an open, spacious feel and has been newly decorated. There is a large sunny balcony, two twin bedrooms, each with twin beds (which can also be configured to make king size beds), one bathroom with two basins, bath, shower and washing machine and a separate toilet. The living room is open plan, sunny and spacious with WiFi, flat screen satellite TV and DVD player and opens into a dining area and well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The apartment is air conditioned throughout and is the ideal base for business and pleasure.

Why the Owner Chose Cannes
I just love the location in the "Carre d'Or", right in the heart of Cannes, just minutes away from the beach and the gorgeous shops. We spent a long time looking for the right property; we loved this as soon as we saw it for its light, spacious feel and for the lovely sunny terrace which very few properties in this location have. It's well furnished and equipped and our guests say they feel it's a home from home for them in Cannes.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
We have a great lifestyle here; morning walk along the seafront, coffee and croissants on the terrace, lunch and a swim at one of the beach restaurants, followed by a browse round the shops, aperitifs on the terrace and dinner in one of the great restaurants round the corner. All without using the car!
