The Living Area:
Inside, you'll see that “Brisas Tropicales” has been painstakingly designed for modern tropical living. As you walk in the front door, the very high ceilings give an immediate impression of airiness and light. The living room has a 46-inch Plasma TV with two separate seating areas furnished with Tommy Bahama furniture, which will accommodate everyone comfortably. The large sliding doors open onto the pool with waterfall and the electronically controlled Jacuzzi just a couple steps away. The entire pool area is very private. The dining room is a charming mix of modern and tropical and will seat up to 6 persons. With all the windows and doors open, the beautiful breezes will make you appreciate how this home got its name. You can also dine out on the covered patio, and there’s a top-of-the-line Weber Genesis BBQ Grill. The gourmet kitchen has everything needed to prepare the most ambitious meals, even a real gas range and Wofgang Puck pots and pans. There is a powder room on the main level for the convenience of guests.
The Pool & Jacuzzi
The pool area is a quiet enclave; perfect for your private enjoyment. The pool is heated. The Jacuzzi accommodates four persons and is electronically controlled.
The Accommodations:
Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms has an overhead fan, 37-inch flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds. The second bedroom has a king bed. The master bedroom also has a king bed, and access to a private upstairs porch. All of the bedrooms have been furnished to a very high standard.
