A GREAT BONUS: As our guests you can take advantage of the convenient Dial-A-Ride chauffeur service to get around town. The Mercedes vans will pick you up at the front door of the Lodge and drop you off anywhere around town. When its time to return, just give them a call to pick you up!

Completed in 2008, our exquisite Penthouse residence was designed with numerous custom features and upgrades. With over 3300 square feet of living space, it is the ultimate for a family trip or a group of couples. We know that you too will love the breath-taking Deer Valley/Park City views our top floor residence provides: A perfect picture with a glass of wine after a great day of skiing!
The European château-styled residence has been professionally designed and decorated. It features beautiful original artwork throughout. The Penthouse has 5 spacious bedrooms (including 2 master suites), 3 fireplaces, a media room, and a loft with a game area and computer friendly desk area (Wi-Fi included).
All of the bedrooms have been uniquely furnished with custom bedding, window treatments, and lighting features. All of the bathrooms feature heated floors, a great plus on a cold morning! There is a complete high-end AV and audio sound system with iPod docking station and speakers throughout the residence. You are in complete control with both remotes and easy-to-use wall controls!
Our residence features a spectacular open Great Room and dining area, with a two-story fireplace and soaring wood-beamed ceiling.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and a large bar area with four bar stools. The 48” Wolf Range includes a griddle. All appliances are top of the line. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and drinking needs!
The main floor Master Suite has a stone fireplace, steam shower, and king bed.
There is also an upper level Master Suite featuring a king bed.
The spacious Media room includes a 3rd stone fireplace. It is equipped with top of the line AV equipment, which is topped off by an 8-foot projection-viewing screen.
In the Loft there is a game table, wet bar area and wine refrigerator. Should you need to keep up with the outside world, the desk provides a perfect work area. Wi-Fi is included.
Our Penthouse is the perfect residence for a wonderful winter vacation, with all the conveniences for skiers and non-skiers alike!

We are located in the mid-mountain area of Deer Valley, which is far less crowded than lower Deer Valley (also known as Snow Park).
Excellent concierge service
Need to get to a nearby restaurant? Drug store? Even during “peak season”, the free Dial-a-Ride service is excellent!
Nothing beats the Owners Lounge where, after skiing hard for a while, you pop off the skis, go back into the Grand Lodge, and have a cup of hot chocolate while watching the action at the Northside Lift.
Although right on the slopes, the Grand Lodge offers privacy along with fantastic views of Deer Valley. It is also an easy 1.9-mile drive down to Park City's main street.
It’s an easy 40-minute drive from Salt Lake City to Park City, and there are many direct flights to and from cities around the country. This easy access was a big reason why Salt Lake City hosted the Winter Olympics.
Also, there are many choices for enjoying other nearby ski resorts, including Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbasin, Sundance, Powder Mountain, and Wolf Mountain.

We chose a “down valley” view because, after a great day of skiing, our vision was to see the lights of Park City far below with a glass of Cabernet. Try it from the Great Room. You’ll love it!
My wife wanted our condominium to feel like a rustic European chalet. We believe we accomplished that with high-quality furniture pieces and art work, along with custom tiles, draperies, and many other unique custom features. In fact, many people have told us that she designed one of the most beautiful homes around Deer Valley. We hope you will agree! (Sorry, we have no antlers.)

Convenient supermarket with all your food needs. Very good selection of health foods.
With three kids, we've used the clinic more than once. It's only 10 minutes from the Grand Lodge. They are great. We never waited more than 10 minutes to see a doctor. Telephone: (435) 649-7640.
Lower Deer Valley is also known as Snow Park. Most people start skiing here so it is much more crowded than the Northside Express, which is the lift just outside the door of the Grand Lodge.
Another great skiing alternative is Park City Mountain Resort. Unlike Deer Valley, they do offer snowboarding for their guests. It's just over 2 miles from the Grand Lodge and Dial-a-Ride will take yo
Take a short ride up Guardsman Pass. It is very beautiful and there is a good chance you will see moose!

Our family’s favorite place in the world is Deer Valley! We were first captivated by the incredible skiing, followed by the “real town” charm of Park City. And you may even love it more in the summer…Mountain biking the Crest Trail, boating on the Jordanelle, and Campfire Dinners are just some of the great things you can do! We have now been spending our vacations here for the past 10 years! So when the opportunity arose to own a penthouse at the Grand Lodge, we dove in!
