This is a beautifully decorated third floor waterfront unit at Baywatch Condominiums on Pensacola Beach. Located right next to the stairs, this unit provides quick and easy access to the wonderful sandy beach and pier.
The complex is perfect for families with children since it is located on the sound. The water is shallow for great swimming and all kinds of water activities. There is a newly renovated pool and a boardwalk over a lake in the middle of the property. It's a quick walk over to the gulf side of the beach.
This condo is newly renovated throughout since Hurricane Ivan in 2004. This is a third floor unit on the West end. The back deck/balcony overlooks the Pensacola Sound/Bay, and from the front deck you can see the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. There is a private dock for Baywatch owners and tenants only that you can walk or fish from. The view of the Sunset from the Back Deck is unparalleled!
The Baywatch Condominium Complex includes an outdoor, gated pool, pond with a pier for viewing fish and wildlife. You also can park your small RV or boat in the parking lot.
Minimum age 25 yrs. No smoking & No pets allowed in complex. Maximum occupancy 4 adults and 2 children, recommended occupancy 2 adults 2 children.
Check with the Pensacola Beach Tourist Center to see the seasonal schedule of events and festivals. There's something going on almost every week during the summer. You're sure to love Pensacola Beach. We do and we want to share it with you!

- Many local attractions within a very short drive including: Ft. Pickens National Park, dolphin tours, Gulfarium in Ft. Walton, Charter Boat fishing and diving. The Boardwalk shops, restaurants and clubs are 1.9 miles down the beach. Numerous other restaurants as well. Ft. Pickens gate is a short walk to the West (check the Pensacola Beach Visitors Information Center to see what is open and transportation options before you visit). The beach offers fun and sun, fishing, nightlife, bike and electric car rentals, jet- ski/sailboat rentals, parasailing and much more. In town, Pensacola's Historic Downtown offers shopping, museums, historical sites, and many weekend festivals throughout the summer. The Naval Aviation Museum is nearby at Pensacola Naval Air Station, and is a truly awesome experience. On the other hand, if you wish to have a drink, sit on the balcony, listen to the water and relax, it's good for that too!

Sep 01-Apr 30 .. $150/night .. $ 950/week.
3 night minimum stay.
Must be 25 years old to rent.
May check in at 2 pm or after. Check out by 10 am.
Cleaning Fee of $50 included in total fee.
