Imagine the perfect day. . . waking up to a sunrise from the ocean front window in the Master bedroom of this luxury home. You drink your coffee and watch the morning news in front of the window before heading downstairs.
By the time you come downstairs, perhaps your vacationing companions will have made breakfast for everyone, all enjoyed from the ocean front deck or light filled dining room, all with breath taking views of the ocean.
Later, it's a simple matter to grab towels and go the beach. Bathroom and snack breaks - no problem, the house is right there on the beach. Two changing rooms and showers under the house will accommodate everyone with ease.
Then, walk to putt putt golf or go-carts, maybe cocktails on the Bay, then walk to a restaurant before heading home.
Or maybe you will eat in . . . the screened in porch is perfect for a crab feast or feeding a crowd.
After dinner, select from the video library to enjoy a film on the large screen. Can't agree on what to watch? That's ok, three bedrooms have televisions, and there's always the Internet.
You really don't need to use your car - but the Ocean City boardwalk is great at night and it is a short drive away.
Do you like bonfires on the beach? No problem -- walk to the Town Hall to pick up a permit. If you forget the ketchup or marshmallows, the house is right there. Other days or nights, you might drive 20 minutes to the shops and restaurants of Rehoboth, or check out the outlet shopping.

Why the Owner Chose Fenwick Island
We think Fenwick Island is the nicest beach town on the eastern shore. It's quiet, yet steps from some really great restaurants, including a few "fine dining" restaurants and nice bars. Right in walking distance: a small convenience store with groceries, sub and pizza shops, a mini board walk, mini golf, water park, and bumper cars. Our house has plenty of covered parking -- you could just park your cars and leave them there, and walk everywhere! But, we are really close to the honky tonk and board walks of Ocean City, and about a 15-20 minute drive to the really lovely shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Beach.
Have you seen the beach covered in snow? This is house is great in winter too -- watch the wild waves and snow covered beach from the comfort of the cosy living room fireplace.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The dining room, kitchen, living room and one of the master bedrooms have lovely beach views. We have two well appointedshower/dressing rooms under the house -- great for making sure a crowd can get cleaned up. BONFIRES ON THE BEACH: Get a permit from town hall (a couple blocks away) and you can have a bonfire on the beach at night. The house is beautifully decorated (original artwork throughout), and cosy and comfortable for year round use.
