Located 10 mi south of N.Conway in Eaton NH, 20 minutes to Story Land /Jackson; 1 mi to King Pine Ski Area & Purity Spring Resort.

Tranquility Lodge was designed and built in the Adirondack / Craftsman Cottage style. Main floor includes full kitchen, great room, two bedrooms, sitting room. Great room and sitting room have separate full height stone fireplaces. Great room has exposed hand pegged heavy timber roof frame, log stairs to loft and finished basement with twig - branch balusters and railings.
Master BR has exposed heavy timber roof frame and a covered veranda overlooking a mountain brook. Kitchen has exposed heavy timber ceiling frame, 1920's vintage cabinet design, stone counters and old farm sink. All walls are finished in wainscot and beadboard. Floors are wide pine.
Loft contains one full bedroom, full bathroom, two additional separate sleeping areas, working fire place and balcony overlooking the great room. Floor is wide pine.
Furnishings are indicative of the period 1920-1950.
A full length lakeside porch is available for outdoor dining and enjoyment of lake and flower garden views.
Lakeside lawn area includes a campfire area overlooking the lake.
Winter activities include ice fishing, ice skating, cross country skiing and snow-shoeing from the Lodge grounds, downhill skiing and snowboarding a mile away near the horse drawn sleigh. Summer time fun includes on-site canoeing, hiking, pond swimming at private beach a short walk through the woods.
And don't forget....outlet shopping and great restaurants in North Conway and Jackson a short ride to the North.
First floor has two bedrooms and a large sitting room. Floor is slate.
