This is a lovely and desirable three bedroom - detached pool home. It is fully air-conditioned and has been furnished to a high standard, making it truly a "home away from home", for the discerning vacationer. Located just a short five minute stroll to the beautiful, award winning white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in central St. Pete Beach.
We like to think we have catered for everyone's tastes and needs at our home. Amongst many other nice surprises we feature a wood burning (working) fireplace, a wet bar where you can sip your pina-colada, large screen 50" Plasma TV - together with complimentary, full subscription satellite TV with access to many films and sports channels. Complimentary broadband internet, all manner of music systems including CD, IPod docks, etc. luxury leather sofas, and a children's themed bedroom are among the many desirable features you will find upon your arrival at the home.
The house boasts two luxuriously furnished living rooms - one with Italian leather sofas where you can chill-out, listen to music on the sound system, read, play chess or just relax to your hearts content.
There is a fully equipped kitchen (for the Chef's amongst you) which features everything you may need including Side by Side Refrigerator with icemaker, glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc. All cutlery, dishes, pots and pans etc. are of course provided. From a dining perspective, the home features two separate dining areas, one is a breakfast area for casual eating and the other is a dining room area for more leisurely family meals.
Complimentary new washer and dryer are provided for your convenience as are an ironing board, iron, hair dryer etc.
All our bedrooms feature super comfy beds for that guaranteed good nights sleep. The Master Bedroom (1) is equipped with a king-size bed, en-suite 1/2 bathroom, lots of storage space and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom two also features a king-size bed and like the master bedroom is furnished to a high standard. Bedroom three has a children's theme and is furnished accordingly with twin/single beds.
The home features 2.1/2 bathrooms. The master bathroom is large and well appointed and features a very spacious walk-in shower . The second Bathroom features a tub/shower. The 1/2 bath is en-suite and is situated in the Master Bedroom.
At the home we have tried to cater for every taste and need, but we cannot go without highlighting the "Jewel in our Crown" the near 50 foot, oversized pool with diving board located in the back garden (just the ticket for cooling down in the warm Florida sunshine).
The home is ideally situated for you to enjoy not only the beaches but all that St. Petersburg Beach, Tampa Bay and the greater Florida Area has to offer. Nearby are numerous restaurants, pubs, clubs, shops, night life, beach bars, convenience stores etc. ... all in abundance nearby. There is an extraordinary amount of varied activities for you to enjoy in the immediate and surrounding area which include - golf, floodlit tennis, mini golf, fishing, snorkeling, swimming, boating, scuba-diving, windsurfing, parasailing, jet ski, zoo/wildlife park, aquarium, cinemas, comedy club, theme parks, award winning Fort DeSota National Park, World Famous Salvador Dali Museum, Downtown Marina and Pier, Casino, Dog Racing, the all brand new St. Pete Beach Leisure Center. You will also find all manor of various shopping experiences (shop till you drop), not forgetting, of course, the magnificent and glorious white sugar sandy beaches of St. Petersburg Beach and the wonderful Gulf of Mexico and surrounding areas.
Professional sports enthusiasts are catered to and indeed are spoilt, in the Tampa Bay region. Teams for you to enjoy include NFL The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Baseball, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, NHL Ice Hockey, Tampa Bay Lightening and in 2010 professional soccer returns in the form of the famous Tampa Bay Rowdies. Basketball enthusiasts are catered to, not too far away in the shape of the Orlando Magic and when you consider the pro golf and tennis tournaments that take place throughout the State throughout the year then this location is truly a sports fans dream - Enjoy!
