Location: Prescott, Capital Territory & High Country, Arizona, USA (Located in the Community of Forest Trails in Prescott Az.)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms + No additional sleeping rooms avail, 3 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Keywords:  House

Enjoy our beautiful home only 5 minutes from downtown Prescott. Though close to downtown, restaurants, the YMCA and shopping, it is as secluded and private as you could ever desire. Marvel at the panoramic views of scenic Prescott and Thumb Butte from almost every window in the house. The house sits high above neighboring houses, to insure complete privacy and breathtaking views. Front and back decks are perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets.

Prescott's mile high elevation is wonderful for escaping the summer heat, as well as reveling in winter activities, sledding, and even cross-country skiing. This incomparable location sits only 2 hours from the Grand Canyon, 1 1/2 hours from Phoenix/Scottsdale, 1 1/2 hours from Flagstaff and Snow Bowl Ski Resort.

Master bath is on second floor with private Jacuzzi bathtub with spectacular views of Prescott, very private and romantic.

Home is built into boulders, creating a natural and ever-exciting climbing paradise for children and adults. There is also a "secret room" in an attic/loft like space above the living room where kids must climb a ladder to enter, but once they are in, they will not want to leave their newly discovered, clandestine sanctuary.

Pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. You must see it to believe it. Come and make yourselves at home.

Long term rentals are okay.

Prescott Vacation

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had planned a lot of activities but spent a lot of our time relaxing, enjoying the amazing views and weather, eating and enjoying family time. We were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to do the above. I would highly recommend your home for the above and the feel of being in the mountains with the convenience of town within minutes.

Beautiful home

Date of Stay: 12/27/09 Review Submitted: 01/16/10

This was the perfect place for our holiday family get together. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen essentials, the living room with fun family games. A very comfortable home. And close to many family-friendly hikes, even in the winter. The stairs and ladder to the loft provide a bit of a challenge with very young kids, but nothing that a little supervision can't solve. Thanks, Connie!

A Very Special Place

Date of Stay: 12/22/08 Review Submitted: 02/08/09

Dec. 22-29, 2007 Connie, thanks for sharing this very special place. This is the 17th year in a row that we have been blessed by being able to gather our children and grandchildren, in-laws and outlaws for a family Christmas. We have enjoyed Edisto Beach SC, Key Biscayne, New Haven, Carlsbad CA, Grand Canyon, Texas, Alabama, North Carolina, and other places - and your beautiful home in Prescott may have been the best of all. ps: The coyote serenade was thrilling. Weekend in the pines

Date of Stay: 09/05/08 Review Submitted: 09/15/08

The house is gorgeous. The setting is equal. The spa tub is to die for at the end of a relaxing day. Remote yet close to the city. Great neighbors although you won't see them unless you want to. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. We hope to go back many times. Owner very easy to deal with....................Sept 08
