This family cottage has two bedrooms and a loft. It is in excellent condition and very clean. Dock included. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a picnic table overlooking the lake.

Rent by the month or for the entire summer, special rates for long term rentals. It's like having your own cottage. No taxes, no utilities, no upkeep.

Attractions nearby-Ionia State Recreation Area where you can hike or enjoy the beach. Just 20 minutes away in Grand Rapids you can enjoy The Fredrick Meijer Gardens, Museums and great shopping.
