San Marco Island is the place to bring family or friends and our condo, located on the 3rd floor of a ten-story building, brings you so close to the beach you can almost reach out and touch the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Tastefully decorated and fully furnished, there is plenty of room for the entire party. The kitchen area has all the modern appliances with wrap around countertop seating that opens to a full dining room and a generous living room and gathering space.
There is no lack of privacy for your family with 3 roomy bedrooms and 3 baths that will easily sleep 6. Plus, our bedrooms are fully equipped with TVs, DVD and/or CD players.
Get ready for lots or fun and activities here on San Marco! Rent jet skis or a sailboat. So parasailing too! Or, just enjoy a peaceful walk along an endless expanse of beach. Prefer not to swim at your own private beach?
Then feel free to use the 2 wonderful swimming pools located right at our building. Or, play tennis on one of our 2 private courts. Better still, a short walk will bring you to plentiful restaurants, shops and even a movie theater.
San Marco teems with tropical wildlife from Pelicans to Ospreys; Dolphins abound and share their playground with Manatees and Sea Turtles. The waters are a fisherman’s paradise. Come on down! This is the place you’re dreaming about!
