Rent this beautiful 2nd floor Brookside unit located right near the main clubhouse. We have 2 championship 18 hole golf courses and you can just walk across the street to the pro shop - no need to drive and try and find a parking spot! Our kitchen and lanai overlook the first tee on the Sabel course for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, private bath and a TV/DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided including beach towels (no need to pack them!). We also have 2 adult his & her bicycles to take a nice ride around the miles of walking/biking paths.
Heritage Palms is a gated golf and tennis community of over 500 acres with two Azinger/Lewis design golf courses that features 36 holes of Championship golf and practice putting and chipping greens. A 28,400 square foot Clubhouse, with formal and informal restaurants, Pro shop, locker rooms, media room, fitness center, heated pools and Spa, cabana, the tennis center, with eight lighted Har Tru tennis courts, stadium court, tennis shop, and tennis director, are all located here on the shore of the 38-acre lake which also serves as the "aqua driving range."

$750 security deposit, rent due 30 days prior to arrival.

One time golf membership transfer fee is $250.
State and county taxes are 11% and due with rent.
