Our entire Myrtle Beach vacation was perfect, and I credit that to our wonderful stay at this condo! The rental process was easy and the owners are quick to respond to emails. The resort itself is very nice, especially the pool areas. We appreciated having the choice of going to the beach or to the pools. Rudi and Nesia's condo is very clean and you can tell they are doing their best to make sure guests have an enjoyable stay. We felt at home at their condo, and appreciated the amenities of a full kitchen and washer/dryer. You will not regret renting from them! Thanks so much to Rudi and Nesia (and Marian, their lovely caretaker) for a memorable vacation.

I rented this as my home away from home while working in Myrtle Beach. It sure beats a hotel room by a mile!!! The view is arguably one of the best you will find!! The furniture is fresh and new. The unit is cleaner than you would expect in any 4Star Hotel. There is a full service rest., and bar on site. There is also a very cool indoor water park inside the building.

it was absolutely beautiful, my wife and children enjoyed themselves. My wife said she was very comfortable, and the kids enjoyed every minute of the water park, we went about 4 times. We rented this unit the week before Christmas 2011. It was wonderful! The condo is just as described, if not better. Our sons live in Myrtle Beach and we wanted a place on the water to entertain our sons and families and have a Christmas gathering. It was the best choice. The children loved the waterpark and the planned children's activities in the water area and we loved listening to the ocean waves and watching the sunrise from the deck early in the morning. The unit is clean and well maintained. We plan on staying here again on our next visit to Myrtle Beach. A big thumbs up to Rudi and Nesia!!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo in Oct 2011! The description/photos of the accommodations accurately depicted the appearance and amenities. The extended balcony was great as it provided extra space and is a wonderful place to relax and listen to the waves. The whole process to rent from the owners was absolutely seamless. They were extremely responsive when emailed - even on weekends. The directions provided were A-1! We would not hesitate to rent from them again or recommend it to others!

We stayed in the condo in October and had a fantastic time. The condo was perfect for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything to make our stay very pleasant. Wonderful Clean Relaxing Condo!

This is a very nice and clean condo with large balcony. The listing was 100% accurate, pictures are also 100% accurate, and don't even show you the beautiful bathroom with jetted tub. That was a great surprise upon arrival! The owners have been more than helpful and provide incredibly prompt replies to questions. Upon arriving, I did have trouble with the door code, and called Marian as teh arrival instructions noted to do (This was late on a Sunday evening, and she was even more than happy to walk me through it) We had a wonderful time in Myrtle, although we had to leave early due to Hurricane Irene :( The hotel has sooo many ammenities, we didn't even get a chance to use them all in 4 days we were there. I can not wait to go back and I will definitely be using this condo every time. We fit 3 adults and 4 kids in this room (kids ranged from 2-14) and did not feel crowded at all. The kitchen had everything we needed, the washer/dryer and dishwasher were so convenient!

We rented this unit for a week in June of 2011 - the rental process itself was quick and easy. Loved the extended balcony and the ocean front view. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach. Dunes Village was a great resort and there was lots to do both on the property and nearby. Our 5-year old daughter loved the indoor water park and slides.

Rudi and Nesia did a wonderful job of providing what we needed for a very fun week long stay. The unit was very clean, safe/secure. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook and clean. The view was lovely, and the extended deck offered a place for us to play ladder ball. This was a good central location from which to visit Broadway at The Beach, mini-golf (we liked Hooks), and Barefoot Landing. Murrell's Inlet is a great place to visit for authentic sea food. On site, we really enjoyed the food, especially the She Crab Soup. The kids and we enjoyed the many pools on site, as well as spending many relaxing days at the beach. Thanks!

Our families favorite place- clean facilities in both buildings & surrounding areas.. Great deal for the money, nice condo and furnishings. Visited new Sky Wheel on the Boardwalk - definitely worth the price. We went during the day but probably more enjoyable at night with the one million LED lights. This is my third time to rent from Rudi and Nesia, so the fact itself speaks volume. I'm impressed that not only have they consistently kept their high standards, but they are continuously improving the guest experience. Last year I made the small suggestion of adding a night light and there it is this year. Small things like that made my family feel we were at home while staying. The condo was immaculate and well-maintained just as we had seen before. Rudi and Nesia were always prompt with their communication - I was hesitant whether to go during the Biker's week and the information they provided were helpful and assuring. I highly recommend renting this condo or any other condos from Rudi and Nesia - you will have a great experience!

The resort itself is absolutely AWESOME! :) There is so much to do there that you don't have to leave at all. There is a playground, miniature golf, shuffle board, pool tables, ping pong, Wii, checkers, basketball, etc. There are several pools, lazy rivers, and Jacuzzis both inside and outside. The water park is awesome and so much fun. This is an awesome place to stay. :) We stayed in this unit for a long weekend and we had an absolutely AWESOME time. This condo was exactly like the pictures on the website. The unit was VERY clean. The linens and towels were plush and soft. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and glasses. This condo was equipped with a full size coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The Jacuzzi tub was awesome. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is a full size washer and dryer which were so nice. We loved having fresh dry beach towels at all times. There was a vacuum cleaner and broom so you could "tidy" up as needed. The condo has central air which is an absolute must for us with our "allergies". We really enjoyed the keyless entry into the condo; it was so nice not to have to keep up with room key cards. We also really enjoyed not being woke up by the housekeeping staff and the security and piece of mind that comes from knowing no one but us had access to our room. This unit has an extended balcony which is so nice. You have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the magnificent view, sounds of the ocean, and that awesome ocean breeze. The unit owners, Rudi and Nesia were so easy to work with and the "booking" process was very easy. They emailed us everything we needed to know right before our trip. We would highly recommend this unit, you will not be disappointed. :)

This unit is so ideal for our family of four; two adults and two children- one close to 3 and the other 5 1/2 months. We just returned from our vacation - had a wonderful time at Rudi and Nesia's condo. It's clean, spacious, comfortable and convenient. Had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this condo for anyone to rent, I have already told family and friends. The condo is so very nice and clean with lots of room for families with children. The owners of the condo are so very helpful with any questions. The resort has alot of activities for adults and children, rain and shine, our kids thoroughly enjoyed the water park! We'd have our morning coffee out on the extended balcony and watch the family of dolphins swim by, it was so amazing!! If you are looking for fun and good food, I recommend heading to Alligator Adventure on Hwy 17 North. We also visited Broadway at the Beach and had a great meal and time at Margarittaville, Ripleys aquarium as well as the arcades and amusement park with lots of good shopping.

We just returned from a fabulous stay at Rudi & Nesia's condo. The condo was very clean, well equiped, & comfortable. Our kids loved the waterpark & ammenities at the resort. The condo is in a great location & central to Myrtle Beach attractions. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning in the unit, but Rudi & Nesia were very responsive and not only immediately had the issue fixed but also treated our family to a wonderful dinner at the resort. Our family had a great vacation. We felt very comfortable, and quite at home. Now that our kids are teenagers, and no longer eating off of the children's menus at the local restaurants, the full size kitchen sure came in handy for making most of our meals. Helped to keep our costs down. We also found that the keypad lock was very convenient, as we didn't have to worry about who had a room key, or losing the key at the pool or beach. This is a great condo - very nice and comfortable! My family of 5 had plenty of room, and the balcony is great! The condo was well equipped with all that we needed to do a little cooking and eating in the room, but a special thanks to the owners for providing little things like dishwasher tablets and even a roll of paper towels. Not all condos pay that much attention to detail. Even though it was cold and rainy almost the whole time, we had plenty to do at the hotel - the waterpark is great for kids of all ages, and the hotel had some great activities for the kids as well. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I recently enjoyed a delightful stay in this condo. First and foremost, it was CLEAN - really clean, which is a must for me but sometimes hard to find in beach condos. The view from the extended deck was gorgeous, and we took full advantage of the well-equipped kitchen as well as the en suite washer and dryer. Our daughter (age 5) loved the pool and found herself torn making the decision of where to swim - pool or ocean? And the jacuzzi tub came in quite handy in helping said revved-up daughter calm down at the end of a long day. The owners did a FANTASTIC job in terms of communication -- we knew exactly what was expected or needed of us, and what to do at any time. WONDERFUL vacation - the condo was in beautiful condition, owners were very kind and attentive, the water parks were great for my two sons (7 and 3), beach was beautiful, and the resort itself was wonderful. the waterparks only seemed to be a little crowded when there was a passing storm. there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. the jetted tub was wonderful. and the extended balcony was fantastic - great view for the morning coffee, lounging, eating or the kids playing. all in all a great time and i would definitely go again! thank you rudi and nesia!

Great Place to stay! Not overcrowded, timely elevators, clean facilities and room, fun waterpark, family oriented and relatively close to Broadway. My family especially enjoyed the large balcony. Thank you, Rudi and Nesia! WE loved our stay- your condo was just as described, and better! Check-in was a breeze, parking was great and the accomodations were wonderful and clean! We will certainly stay there next time we go to MB. The facility itself was well-maintained and perfect for families!

Our family just got back from a WONDERFUL stay in this condo! We absolutely loved all the amenities that the hotel had to offer (especially the incredible water park- our kids loved the big water slides!!) and the condo was great too. We enjoyed the oversized oceanfront patio (especially in the evenings) and would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is considering a stay in Myrtle Beach. The location was convenient to everything and the owners couldn't have been better to deal with. They were wonderful about communicating with us from the time we booked our stay until the time we arrived home. A big thumbs up!

Great condo, awesome amenities, wonderful staff, and even better owners. My family had a wonderful week stay and couldn't have been more pleased with the children's amenities, the owners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay at a great place with your family.

We just returned from our stay in your beautiful condo. I had my two grandkids with us (1 and 2 year old girls). They had a great time playing on the patio and in the waterparks. There was so much to keep them busy. The condo was very roomy for the 6 of us. Thank you for a terrific vacation.It was the first for the girls and even though they won't remember we will never forget. Anyone with small children can't go wrong here.

We had a great time in your condo! It was clean and nicely kept, also very comfortable. The indoor waterpark was sensational - our 10 year old son enjoyed it so much especially since the weather in March can be so unpredictable. Loved the coffee bar and restaurant. Everyone was super friendly at the condo...Hope to do it again! Thanks!
