Joe and I love fixer uppers so when we found this property, it was tired and needed a facelift. Since the townhouse has a lot of charm and character, we saw its potential.
It's been not only a pleasure to update but love our vacationers' comments on how much they enjoy the house.
Many are repeat renters and have seen quite a transformation over the last 5 seasons.
