Walk to restaurants, cafes and quaint little shops, including one of Tampa bays best sea food restaurants. Enjoy the different market days and the street parties that the Down Town area has to offer. You can also walk to the Gulf at St. Josephs sound, the Pinellas cycle trail and the wonderful new YMCA Center. A short 5 minute drive will take you to Honeymoon and Caladesi islands. ( NUMBER 1 BEACH IN THE U.S.A

This area has the best of everything, for everybody to enjoy. The Jays has just been re-modeled and elegantly decorated, with a new deck area and hot tub. Privacy and seclusion awaits you. For folk bringing their pets with them, the home has a large fully fenced rear yard.

  • Gaye & Paul: A note to let you know we really enjoyed our stay in Florida. It was a little warm & humid, but sunny everyday. Renting a house is a lot nicer than being stuck in a hotel room. The area of The Jay's House is really nice. Out of the "main stream" but close enough to walk to a restaurant. The Property was just as described on the internet--no surprises.   • Dear Gaye & Paul We have just come back from your home in Palm Harbor ( Jays ) Wonderful ! Clean, comfortable and so close to all our needs. Loved the Irish pub and the Witches Brew, walked most evenings to somewhere local. Hired cycles and went lots of places along the trail Caladesi island is even better than everybody has said. Anybody considering booking here, do it ! Cheryl & Timmy

  • Just stayed in this home and loved it. Clean and well equipped.You can walk to downtown (the " thirsty marlin " restaurant had great food)We hired cycles locally and went for miles on the pinellas trail. Would really recommend it. Sarah kingston
