This newer 3 Bedroom condo is spacious and cheaper than a hotel! This fully furnished 3 Bedroom, 2 bath condo feels more like a home than a condo. A spacious 1400 SF condo in a small boutique community of only 5 other units provides the privacy you want.
This quiet neighborhood is away from the hustle of downtown Tamarindo, but close enough to walk to everything. Only a 5 minute walk to the sun and surf of Tamarindo Beach and downtown Tamarindo.
The condo itself has many upgrades including designer furnishings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, jacuzzi tub in the master, large laundry room with washer/dryer. This property sleeps 6 in beds--there is one Queen bed, two twins, and a bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom. Large plasma TV in the family room.
Cable and high speed internet ready. Nice sized pool with patio area, 24 hour security, and garden. Maid service available for an additional fee.
This property is available for short OR long-term. We manage several other properties in case this one does not have the dates you are seeking. We can assist with transportation (rental cars and/or private pick up) from the Liberia or San Jose International Airports and tour assistance. Tamarindo is a great town with a beautiful beach. Great for surfing and swimming. Tamarindo has all the services one would want--shopping, great restaurants, banking and nightlife. There are so many great outdoor activities: Canopy tours, catamaran tours, ATV, horse back riding, surfing, scuba diving, volcano day trips, white water rafting to name a few!

Located in a quiet residential part of Tamarindo, this is an ideal location away from the hustle of downtown, but only a short 5 minute walk to the restaurants, shops and services. The beach is also a short walk from this property. If you want privacy, but want to be close to town, this is a wonderful option.

Keith Clower, owner of Blue Water Properties, picked us up from the airport and gave us the grand tour of what we should do while in town and where and how much we should spend on different things. This was extremely helpful. We were shocked at how beautiful the condo and complex were compared to the photos on this site. The place is Soooo much better than what you think you are getting; the photos do not do it justice. The path into town was more of a mudslide and we used taxi service several times of the day and especially evening (it is not lit up). Blue Water properties was extremely attentive and tirelessly helped us out with our safe issues until they were resolved. We felt very safe here with guards on duty throughout the day and nite. We had a great time in Tamarindo and really enjoyed meeting the locals. The howler monkeys met us on our first day walking down the path into town. About 12 of them hung out in the trees over the condo buildings right before we left. The condo backs up to the "barrio" or jungle life so the backyard is your own jungle. The wildlife is beautiful. On premise we saw several birds, crabs, gecko's, hummingbirds, iguana's, lizards, frogs, butterflies, monkeys, etc. We spent 11 days here and truly enjoyed the condo and its surroundings. I would highly recommend this over any other place in Tamarindo. One of the "luxury" hotels charged $250-$300 a nite with no air conditioning, horrible menu, hut style living, etc. We had the best living Tamarindo had to offer thank you to the Clowers.

Well, I admit, it did take an extra few turns to find the place up in the hills above Tamarindo, but once we had the route around all the potholes worked out it was a quick pop to the town center and the beaches. Inside is nice and very livable, with good space and windows, full kitchen, dining table, and enough room for everyone to spread out. We had some problems with the TV but they quickly found us a temp replacement and should have it replaced soon. AC was nice to have on separate controls. The yard was a well trimmed jungle, with a Gardener all day, and a Guard all night. And the pool was extra nice to come home to after the beach...

What can I say we were pleasantly surprised to find such luxury at such an affordable price. the condo was neat and clean and new, and very well appointed with marble countertops and a chefs kitchen. We felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves it was a very peaceful environment. The kids enjoyed the pool and we were easily able to keep an eye on them from the living room patio doors. I must say having a bathroom in each room with hot water was quite a luxury. At nights we were able to hear the howler monkeys and in the morning the birds were alive. The host Blue Water Properties was attentive, we had a small problem with the TV and they immediately brought another plasma screen for the kids. the condo is well located just enough off the beaten path to feel close to nature but only a couple minutes to restaurants and beaches. We got adventurous and found a trail to the beach as well. Two thumbs up. the whole family enjoyed it.
