This one-bedroom apartment occupies the entire 3rd floor of a Brooklyn Federal brick townhouse built around the middle of the 19th century. Located on a quiet tree lined street, this apartment is set in a clean modern interior, accompanied by mid century American, and contemporary modern furnishings.
Choose from many of the nearby neighborhood restaurants for a wonderful meal. At the corner of Clermont and Dekalb Avenue is a variety of great restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, and pharmacy.
The apartment is within walking distance to the Brooklyn Academy of Music home of the Next Wave Festival including; the The Harvey Theatre; and the Bam Rose Cinema. Also just a few blocks away is the historic Fort Greene Park which hosts Ft Greene Farmers Market every Saturday; the Atlantic Terminal Mall and boutiques for shopping. This location provides easy proximity (15 minute cab ride) to The Brooklyn Zoo, The Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and The Brooklyn Museum, and The Brooklyn Children's Museum.
The G train is one block away, and also close by is the Atlantic Terminal Station which is a major hub for Train: Atlantic Ave- B, Q, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Pacific Street- D, M, N and R Manhattan bound train lines-- for a 15 minute train ride to lower Manhattan.

I can't put into words how much I enjoyed my stay.The apartment and the neighborhood could not have been more ideal. Lorna and her husband were perfect.It is better than the description.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My wife and I had the perfect stay here. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. It's very clean. Has a good size living room, large bed room and one of the biggest bathrooms that I've seen. It's got a fabulous view, lots of sunlight through large windows. All the information provided in the listing and the photos are accurate. The street is beautiful and quiet. The owners are really nice people and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place to everyone, and will stay there again in the future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.
