The Brenden House is a charming, comfortable and convenient house close to Ashland's plaza in a residential neighborhood. The MAIN flat, on the ground floor can accommodate up to 8 people. Add the Loft upstairs to accommodate groups up to 11.
The MAIN has 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with 2 twin beds, and 2.5 baths. The living room has a queen-size hide-a-bed. It can comfortably sleep 6 in beds and 2 on the hide-a-bed. The large kitchen has a full size dining table with ample seating for 8.
For smaller groups contact us about renting just one or two of the bedrooms.
