Property Description: This 2,250 sq ft. vacation and executive rental condo home boasts most every amenity imaginable. The home includes 3 TVs with satellite Direct TV. Tenants have full access to the on site wireless Internet. The gorgeous master bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub.
The dining room and living room are divided by a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any cooking needs with dining-ware to accommodate up to 9 people. The house has a large 2-car garage. Directly outside of the garage to the right is a basketball court (basketballs or your use are in the garage!) Directly outside of the garage to the left is a large recreation facility that you have full access to. The recreation facility is gorgeously decorated and includes a pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room (with multiple treadmills and bikes), and multiple cozy lounge areas with fireplaces and desks for doing work.
Location: The home is centrally located in between the Cottonwood canyons (Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton ski resorts) and Parleys Canyon to Park City. Driving time is less than 10 minutes to any of the canyons, 15 minutes to downtown and the University of Utah, and 5 minutes from Westminster College. The home lies under the shadow of the mountains and is far enough removed to avoid bad city traffic, but it is still nearby very many amenities including an adjacent park, nearby golf course, shopping mall, grocery store, and many restaurants.

Snowbird, Solitude, Alta, and Brighton tend to have anywhere between 20-50 more inches of snow base than other neighboring (and more expensive) resorts do. Love snowboarding? Try Brighton out. It remains one of the most affordable resorts and has a terrain park. It is also a great resort for beginning skiers. Want to get away from the kids and the snowboarders? Try Alta. Or take a ride up the Gondola at Snowbird and ski some of the longest, sweetest runs found anywhere. Snowbird boasts some of the most spectacular advanced terrain.
